Enjoy the amazing views from this 2brm, 2bth modern apartment located on top of Noosa Hill. Location Location! A leisurely 10 minute walk will have you drinking coffee in Hastings Street & sun baking on the Beach. Offering open plan living/dining, a fully equipped kitchen & a spacious balcony with views of the Noosa river & beach, you'll be coming back year after year. This apartment is in a small complex of only six units and offers secure undercover parking & a shared swimming pool.

"The Outlook"
Opening up to the spacious, air-conditioned living, dining and kitchen area, this mid level apartment boasts some impressive views. Large sliding doors open the living area up to the balcony with a six seater dining table and single sun lounge.
Sleep well and enjoy the privacy of your own ensuite in the master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, ceiling fan and hotel style linen. Two singles beds (easily converted to a king for a small surcharge) are in the second bedroom which also has a ceiling fan. Enjoy the the nice breeze through the apartment when you open the windows and sliding doors.
Secure, undercover parking is available and you won't need to worry about parking in the busy tourist spots. It's just a short stroll down the hill to the Noosa Junction with plenty of restaurants, cafes, the Noosa cinema and boutique shops. Noosa's famous Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach are on the other side of the hill. You will be spoiled for choice of restaurants, cafes and shops.
After a day of exploring the large balcony will be the best place to share a bottle of wine while watching the sunset. Alternatively, cool off and make new friends in the complex's swimming pool.
Hotel style linen, bath towels and beach towels are supplied. A starter pack of bathroom amenities and kitchen basics like salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee, tea and sugar will also be available. Along with all the major appliances we also have a Nespresso Pod machine if you want to pack some capsules for your morning caffeine hit!
The perfect place for families or two couples, this will be a place to come back to year after year.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. There is a dedicated parking spot in the secure garage. The pool is shared with the other five apartments in the complex.
Getting Around:
It's a short stroll to Hastings Street, Main Beach or Noosa Junction.
