The Space:

Welcome to Unit 1 Spinnaker Seas, a bright and airy beachside apartment designed for a relaxing getaway. This comfortable unit offers two bedrooms, accommodating up to four guests. The main bedroom features a Queen bed, while the second bedroom provides two single beds. You'll find ceiling fans in both bedrooms and a pedestal fan in the living area for your comfort. The apartment boasts a good water view and overlooks the complex's inviting pool, visible from the front of the building.



The heart of the home is a self-contained kitchen, fully equipped with:

The open-plan dining and living area, featuring vibrant blue couches, is bathed in natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Step out onto your good-sized, furnished balcony to enjoy views over a park towards the ocean, perfect for your morning coffee or an evening drink. For entertainment, a TV and DVD player are provided. Please note, this property does not have air conditioning.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire Unit 1 Spinnaker Seas apartment. Enjoy the convenience of a single lock-up garage for your vehicle. Key collection for after-hours arrivals is handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen Policy: For bookings made after September 26, 2025, linen will be supplied, though guests will still need to make the beds upon arrival. For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025, guests will need to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels) or arrange for linen hire at an additional fee. We can assist with arranging linen hire if needed.

Check-in Information: Key collection for after-hours arrivals is via a lock box at the arcade side access to our office. Lock box code will be sent on the day of arrival for after-hours or Sunday arrivals (Saturday for Sunday arrivals).

Bathroom needs exhaust fan. Tea and Coffee supplies would be appreciated Bedding in cupboard smelled damp and musty.

Location was great, unit not so much...

The unit itself is very dated and in need of new furnishings and fixtures i.e. Fans, Lounge, Outdoor Setting, Fly screens, Toilet seat, Mattress etc. the photos online do it more justice and don’t show the wear and tear. The 2 seater lounge sunk in the middle so seating for a couple was near impossible and the queen bed was rock hard (I was hoping that the owners had replaced the mattress as all the other reviews had mentioned this but it was like sleeping on a table) The outdoor setting was rusted and broken and even though there were plastic chairs majority were broken and filthy so no alfresco dining. The main screen door on the patio didn’t lock so the glass door would have to closed every night making the unit stuffy and hot as there is no air-conditioning. The screen door in the main bedroom had holes and the unit was extremely dusty under and around all the furnishings we had to vacuum upon arrival which the vacuum itself had to be emptied and filter cleaned beforehand. This could have great potential with a little TLC and some $ thrown at it. I knew that this was not going to be a 5 star resort upon booking but I was disappointed with the upkeep of the place. Unit location made it worthwhile as it is so close to parks, beaches and dining but we will probably pay a little more and stay elsewhere next time

In fairness, we knew when booking we weren’t walking into a 5 star property. That being said, this property is getting quite tired and is in need of general investment to bring it up standard. The main bed was rock hard and quite uncomfortable - bring a pillow mattress topper if possible to soften the stay! The carpet is close to threadbare and some general investment to repair ceiling fans, replace light covers, upgrade older furniture and replace pots and pans with broken handles etc would be money well spent. You can’t beat the location and amenities nearby, great walk to the beach with small kids but

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property due to its location to the park and beach. The property was a bit dated but we were aware of this at the time of booking. The only issue we had was that the mattress in the main bedroom was as hard as a rock. I was unable to sleep on it and had to sleep on the couch for the first night. I contacted the property managers after this first night to provide this feedback however there was no remedy offered despite having a further three nights to go in our booking which was disappointing. But other than the issue with the mattress, we had a lovely stay at Kings Beach.

Excellent location!

The unit could use a freshen up, but the location makes it worthwhile. The beach is 150m away, and one of the best on the coast. Several excellent dining options are just a stroll away! And if you are a walker, there are many options.... Hills, boardwalks, beaches!
