Private Rooftop terrace features BBQ/Kitchen, Dishwasher, Full size Fridge/Freezer, Smart TV, 8 seater dining setting, Comfy outdoor Lounge Suite and relaxing Sun-loungers.
This outdoor living space will provide you with a unique and memorable holiday experience.

The apartment will accommodate up to six guests in three Queen-size beds. Main bedroom has a private ensuite, Bedroom 2 and 3 share the main Bathroom, with bedroom 3 having direct access to the two-way bathroom. A self-contained kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave and oven and full-size fridge. Modern decor offering a 'casual coastal ' feel, reflecting the relaxed beach lifestyle of Kings Beach. Other key features include air-conditioning for extra comfort in the living room, along with ceiling fans and Smart TVs in each bedroom.

This secure and clean, 3rd floor, walk up apartment has expansive views out over the water from both levels and all you need for a great holiday getaway or a holiday with family or friends.

Quality bed linen, including bathtowels for all guests is provided. Just pack your beach towel for the pool or beach.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer, and ironing facilities.

The complex has a shared pool, and a single remote-controlled lock up garage with extra storage space for surf boards, bikes etc.

Just a short stroll to central Kings Beach to be in the safe and watchful eye of the duty Lifeguards. The rooftop area is amazing. Tv, fridge BBQ, dishwasher and all glassware and plates located on the rooftop so no need to bring anything from the unit to enjoy breakfast/lunch & dinner with a spectacular view.

This was such a great place. The rooftop terrace was amazing. We sat up there every afternoon and watched the whales. The unit had everything we needed as did the roof top terrace. Would definitely stay here again

Great for a family getaway. The private rooftop terrace was amazing!! The only downside was the stairs with the luggage and kids, but wouldn’t stop us staying there again, helps work off the fish and chips at the beach 😃

We really enjoyed our stay. The private rooftop is where this property shines, though the unit itself is good and the beds are comfortable. There were a few maintenance issues (appliance cupboard door, oven didn’t work, intercom broken), and the pool needs a good clean. Overall, we were happy with the property, and will try and stay there again.

The view of the ocean from the property is amazing especially from the rooftop. Peaceful quiet building. The property is very clean and so well equipped with everything necessary to stay away from home. The host is very easy going and very responsive with communications.
