Situated at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in an established owner-occupied complex with a shared pool, the 215 sqm penthouse accommodates the entire top floor. The ultra-modern and thoughtfully styled interior with high ceilings, a timber and neutral palette and subtle lighting soothes the senses and refreshes the mind. Just relax and enjoy precious holiday time with family and friends.
The apartment sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. The master suite with a walk-in robe and TV looks out to the ocean and opens onto its own large balcony with access to the main living area. Enjoy starry nights and refreshing ocean breezes from the comfort of the deluxe King bed. The beautiful marble ensuite with a large walk-in rain shower and floating double vanities completes this luxurious retreat.
The 2nd and 3rd guest bedrooms both have Queen beds. The 4th smaller bedroom has a comfortable single bed with a trundle - both with full-size single mattresses. These rooms share a stylish bathroom with a deep bathtub and a separate rain shower. There is a separate adjoining WC and laundry with a washer/dryer.
The spacious living area opens out onto the large balcony with amazing views. Dine indoors or alfresco, the choice is yours. A well-equipped gourmet kitchen with an island bench and seating has everything you need for your holiday. Or wander down to the nearby cafe and enjoy breakfast or light lunches with great coffee. A coffee machine and BBQ are also provided in the apartment.
9/9 Selene Street is perfectly positioned for those who like to surf - it's 150m to the nearby patrolled beach. Or choose from any of the other great local beaches - Sunshine Beach is a 15-minute walk along the beach or paved walkway, or Noosa's popular Main Beach is a 5-minute drive.
