Ocean Panorama With Private Pool!
Summary:
A beautiful ocean view captures the eye for a moment, but an ocean panorama stops you in your tracks, leaving the outside world to fade away as you bask in its glory. And at this spectacular slice of paradise, billed as ‘beachfront living without the price tag’, the 180-degree outlook must be seen to be believed.
The Space:
With direct beachfront access, the two-storey property is oriented to take full advantage of its Pacific perspective, with views from almost every room as the waters transform from emerald in the shallows to an inviting shade of blue in pursuit of the horizon. Even the kitchen splashback is mirrored to capture the reflection, just one of many touches that bring luxury appeal to the house.
Nestled in a prestige position in Sunshine Beach, the house builds off a white colour foundation whose shades echo the crest of the waves out the window. Tiles, timber and lashings of neutral tones bring an earthy warmth to the soothing palette, with colourful touches added by way of vibrant artworks, bedroom accents and decorative features such as statement pendant lighting.
Downstairs, multiple bedrooms reach through to a tiled undercover area overlooking the ocean. Complemented by a multifunctional zone complete with TV, sink and fridge, a chic living space and massive banks of glass, they make it easy for groups of family and friends to claim separate levels or private spaces for retreat and relaxation.
Upstairs, linked through a timber staircase, luxury living comes to further prominence, centred on a furnished covered deck with barbecue that’s tailor made for alfresco entertaining and enjoyment. It’s served by a spacious gourmet kitchen with servery window reaching to a bank of stools ideal for conversation and cocktails and a dining set-up catering to something more substantial. The adjacent living zone is subtly furnished to encourage a sense of community – and maybe even a spot of TV binge watching.
Other features of the property include an inground pool overlooked by another alfresco dining area, multiple conversation spots set up with tables and chairs and, of course, proximity to the very best Sunshine Beach has to offer.
After being gently wakened by the morning’s early rays spilling in through the expansive glass windows and sliding doors, turn your thoughts to the day ahead and how best to take advantage of the climate and amenities on offer. Hit the beach, go for a surf, explore the nearby national park or stroll over to the local village for coffee, a meal or to explore the beautiful boutiques. You could even walk around to Noosa Main Beach, discovering the stunning hidden bays and coves along the way, or journey there via a quick drive that also opens up other high-profile attractions such as chic Hastings St.
Whatever you decide, there’s the joy of knowing that no matter how far you wander, the ultimate destination remains that spectacular view from your own holiday home, so artfully designed to shine a spotlight on Mother Nature. It’s unbeatable, unforgettable… and all yours.

The beach view is beautiful, the beds are clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the house is in a state of disrepair and too many areas and items were locked off to guests even though Vrbo says you get the whole house. Bbq failed to work and there is no comfortable places to sit on the decks that the guests have access too. Beach is a lot of rikity steps down and riddled with stingers rendering it off limits for kids.
