The Space:
Located only moments from the pristine sands of Moffat Beach, this family home is in close proximity to great restaurants, boutiques and cafes. This beach house is styled with a bohemian coastal theme and features four bedrooms all with AC units, two living areas, an expansive deck with ocean views and an open plan kitchen/dining area that caters well to large families and groups of friends. As you enter the home you’re greeted with a light-filled staircase which divides the first and second storey. Featuring high ceilings, the two-level home is extremely spacious with a living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. On the second floor, branching off from the functional and fully equipped kitchen and dining area is the hallway which leads to two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom is situated at the end of the hallway and features a queen-sized bed, ceiling-fan and wardrobe. Designed with families in mind, the second bedroom is perfect for the kids and consists of two single beds and is positioned next to the main bathroom with a shower and toilet.

As you enter the downstairs of the home you’re welcomed with a spacious living room with a large comfy sofa, smart TV, air-conditioning unit, plus a foosball table and arcade game to keep the family entertained. Leading off from the downstairs living space is the laundry room, bathroom and two bedrooms. The third bedroom consists of a queen size bed and a ceiling fan overlooking the tropical outdoor area, adjacent is bathroom two with a toilet and shower bath combination. The final bedroom is positioned at the end of the hallway and is fitted out with a queen size bed, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Outside of the home features two seating areas, the first being the deck which overlooks the rolling waves at Moffat Beach. Cook up a storm on the BBQ and serve it on the large outdoor dining table with seating for six, which is perfect for afternoon nibbles and alfresco dining. The second seating area for four is located downstairs in the garden of the home. The front outdoor area features the fully fenced chlorinated swimming pool, with outdoor chairs overlooking to relax and watch the kids play. With plenty of space for your family and pooch to spread out, the property is fully fenced and ticks all the boxes for a fun-filled holiday. Dog owners and their four-legged friend will love the close proximity to Moffat Beach, where dogs are allowed off leash everyday between 4pm-8am.

Upstairs:
The open plan kitchen and dining with seating for 6, features a breakfast bar with 3 barstools and is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need to cook up a storm on holidays. The outdoor deck with views of Moffat Beach is set amongst the tropical garden with seating for 6 and a Weber BBQ. The spacious main living area overlooking the deck features a large L-shaped lounge, wood fireplace, a two 2-seater armchair and smart TV.

The second living space downstairs features a large plush L-shaped lounge, 2-seater sofa, air-conditioning, smart TV, foosball soccer table and arcade game to keep the family entertained.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the carport, there is plenty of street parking available.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located 350m away from the beautiful Moffat Beach (un-patrolled). The closest patrolled beach is Dicky Beach which is a short 5-min drive. The home is located within walking distance of Moffat Beach cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema, boat ramp and skateparks all close by. Moffat Beach is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, the home is approximately a 2 minute walk to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
