Unit 3 Kings Cove is located just a 3 minute walk to popular Kings Beach via the park and nearby to a selection of cafes and dining options. Unit 3 offers guests a modern and comfortable interior including air-conditioning.
The unit will accomodate up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms (2 x Queen beds + Double sofa bed), There is one two-way bathroom off of the master bedroom, and plenty of living space in the lounge and dining area. Close by you will also find a great selection of parks, shared BBQ areas, childrens playground, The Pocket Coffee shop and corner store, (and plenty of other great little coffee shops and cafes), an interactive water feature, as well as the Kings Beach Surf Club. This is all within a 3 - 5 minute walk of the unit. Other features include TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.
Please note this complex is a Non smoking complex
The Kings Cove complex has a shadey pool area, shared BBQ, and a single lock up garage. This property is located on the first floor (approx. 18 stairs).

We chose a good location for the event we were attending.
Only supplying one tiny soap for 4 adults is atrocious for a holiday rental you should also provide minimal tea, coffee, sugar and long life milk which would of been nice.
The floor although it looked clean was filthy with a lot of tiny Debris and was very greasy all over the floor.
Bedding underlays need replacing as they had marks.

Nice location, insufficient blankets, not very clean
The floors were sticky, impossible to walk in socks, our shoes had stuff adhered to the sole, maybe too much detergent and not enough rinsing when mopping? Kitchen floor was dangerously slippery. Not one additional blanket left in the property. Other than that, it was nice.

Nice and neat, close by the sea
The property was clean and spacious, the only problem was the shower in the bath. Very slippery in the bath plus very high to step in and out.
Walking distance to the beach is a bonus.
