The Space:

Welcome to your bright, ground-floor beachfront retreat, offering an effortless holiday experience perfect for families. This light-filled apartment comfortably sleeps 6 guests and provides direct access to a heated pool and stunning waterfront views. Step directly from your private, shaded patio to the heated pool, enjoying uninterrupted vistas over Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island, and the shipping lanes. Relax as you watch sailboats and paddle boarders drift by, or take a few steps to the heated pool, spa, and BBQ area for easy, laid-back days.



Our clean and contemporary interior features an open-plan living and dining area, complete with comfortable furnishings including a leather sofa and a dining table. The full kitchen boasts white cabinetry and modern appliances, ensuring you have everything needed for preparing meals. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with ducted air conditioning and a separate laundry area, including a washer and dryer.

Guest Access:

As our guest, you will have exclusive access to the entire ground-floor apartment, including your private shaded patio with direct access to the heated pool. You can also enjoy shared access to the resort's spa and BBQ area. Secure undercover parking for one car is provided for your convenience.



For after-hours or Sunday arrivals, key collection is handled via a secure lockbox located at the arcade side access to our office. You will receive your lockbox code on the day of arrival; for Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth stay:

Linen Policy:

For bookings made after September 26, 2025, linen will be supplied, but guests will need to make the beds upon arrival.

For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025, guests will need to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels) or arrange for hire at an additional fee.

Booking Terms: Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply, which also vary for different seasons.

Interaction with Guests:

This is a private rental. The host will not be present during your stay but is available remotely for any assistance or inquiries. Key collection is self-service via a lockbox, ensuring a smooth and independent check-in process.
