Welcome to a luxury four bedroom holiday home that includes an open plan living area on the top level with an outdoor entertaining area/balcony with a bi-fold breakfast bar window. Luxurious and fully equipped kitchen with spacious bench top, ample storage and quality Miele appliances. Three bedrooms on the top level with built-in robes, the master suite featuring a walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. The lower level offers two living spaces, a laundry, a bathroom with shower and bath tub. Plenty of storage including a double garage and additional carport space. Outside, you will enjoy a fully landscaped exclusive use garden, well manicured common gardens, Weber BBQ and of course, you will have access to the shared pool areas where you can enjoy a cocktail and snacks from the licenced pool bar.
