About this property
Beach Luxury - Ocean Views & Pool
Summary:
When you contemplate the striking marriage of artistry and architecture that has gone into this Sunshine Beach apartment, it’s easy to understand the inspiration behind naming it after Da Vinci. And the natural beauty that wraps itself around the property serves much like a frame for a beautiful painting.
The Space:
One of just two addresses in the entire complex, the three-bedroom apartment lies within a premier position in Sunshine Beach, which has emerged as one of the coast’s most popular tourist areas in recent years. High enough to enjoy ocean views, it’s like a private window into a slice of natural paradise.
Expansive both in space and styling, the tastefully furnished home cleverly apportions its floorplan to help visitors make the most of their stay. The bedrooms, which encourage a sense of connection with the verdant natural surrounds, unfold together towards the back. Decorated in tones that journey from the rustic to the rich red, they serve as private, peaceful havens of stillness. Welcome the day with the gentle wash of sunlight across your face, before stepping out onto a private balcony to enjoy the morning’s first cup of coffee, serenaded by the sounds of wildlife. At the other end of the day, gather in the second living space, which anchors the sleeping zone and comes complete with a television. It’s ideal for all those nights when opinions on must-see group TV stretch across more than one program.
Moving through the layout, the ultimate destination becomes the apartment’s luxury lifestyle space. This flows across an open design that encompasses a well-equipped kitchen, sophisticated dining zone and inviting lounge. The self-contained hub transforms everyday tasks such as gathering for a meal into so much more, courtesy of beautiful art and accents, a flood of gorgeous natural light, a colourful palette stretching from neutrals to rainbow brights and, as the star attraction, two spectacular alfresco spaces. Both are furnished for meals and communal gatherings, set against set views stretching across Sunshine Beach and over the ocean to the horizon beyond.
The overarching sense is one of an oasis found, complemented by the property’s communal amenities, including a pool, barbecue zone and full shower facilities. Beyond these, among the crowds that live and play in the wider area, a spectacular natural playground unfolds.
The beach from which the suburb takes its name is just a short stroll away, with drawcards including good swell for surfers, room galore to set up towels and a patrolled area for swimmers. This ensures all members of the family can enjoy the dazzling combination of sand and surf. Also close by on foot are the cafes and restaurants of Sunshine Beach, the lush environs of Noosa National Park and the local surf club, while a short drive opens up tourist hot spots such as ever-popular Hastings St and Main Beach. All offer a welcome chance to indulge and explore, from fine dining and forward fashion to native flora and fauna and the simple pleasures to be had in floating on your back as the ocean currents let you ebb and flow. It’s artistry in its natural form, plus all the creature comforts you expect from a holiday. And you can’t help but feel that if Da Vinci and his paintbrush were still about he, too, would find inspiration around every corner.
