Allowing a full "dual living" configuration, private pool, heated spa, and pet-friendly amenities, it’s the perfect base for multi-generational families or groups seeking a beachside escape just minutes drive to Hastings Street.
The Space:
• Location: Just a 5-minute stroll to the dog-friendly Sunrise Beach and walking distance to local café Chalet & Co.
• Layout: Flexible dual-living layout ideal for families, groups, or longer stays. Two completely separate and independent living areas are available each with full kitchens, separated bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Kitchen: The main (top floor) features a generous open-plan kitchen with an island bench, butler’s pantry, modern appliances, and dining table for 10 guests.
• Bedrooms: Five spacious bedrooms (3 x King, and 2 x Queen beds) each with built-in, or walk-in robes. The main bedroom includes an oversized ensuite with a deep bathtub and ocean views. Two of the King bed equipped bedrooms are able to be configured as "Long Single" beds (providing the option for 1 x King, 2 x Queen, and 4 x Long Single beds - Advance notice is required for this. Please let us know if you would like this configuration when booking).
• Bathrooms: four fully equipped bathrooms (two on each floor).
• Living Areas: Multiple living zones across the two levels, including the option to keep/allow a fully private downstairs apartment with its own kitchen and alfresco deck.
• Outdoor Areas: Alfresco dining terrace with sweeping views from the ocean to the Noosa Hinterland, plus a lower deck and tropical garden. Enjoy the best of both worlds: sunrises over the ocean and sunsets behind the mountains.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home's indoor and outdoor areas, the pool and spa. The lower-level apartment can function independently, but will be opened up for your unrestricted enjoyment/use.

Located in a quiet pocket of Sunrise Beach, this home is just 350m from the sand and minutes from Noosa’s vibrant heart. Chalet & Co is the perfect spot to start your morning, directly opposite the beach access. Whether you’re heading to Sunshine Beach, Hastings Street, or exploring Noosa National Park, everything is on your doorstep but without the crowds.
Getting Around:
• Walk: You’re just 350m from Sunrise Beach and a short stroll to Chalet & Co café. Sunshine Beach village and the Sunshine Beach Surf Club via scenic coastal paths. • Drive: Noosa Junction (5 mins) and Hastings Street (5 mins) are easily reached by car, offering restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
• Public Transport: Local buses run regularly along David Low Way and nearby streets, with connections to Hastings Street, Noosa Heads, Noosa Junction, and Tewantin.
• Rideshare: Uber, DiDi, and local taxi services operate throughout the area and are reliable day and night.
• Parking: The home includes secure parking for up to three vehicles, with ample on-street additional space.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: Your comfort while staying with us, and particularly while sleeping is of great importance to us, so each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and access to air conditioning.
Noosa can feel very warm in the summer and shoulder months so there are 5 split system AC units that service the house, these are one larger system in each living area (upstairs and downstairs), one optimized unit in the main bedroom, the downstairs bedroom at the front of the house and second guest bedroom upstairs. There are two rooms without dedicated units, these are the downstairs rooms to the rear of the property. These are serviced by the ceiling fans, and cooled very well by the large living room AC unit which points directly into the room doorways.
The pool and spa have been programmed to set temperatures, fluctuations in the ambient atmosphere and weather can affect how this feels. The spa has been set to 35 degrees and the pool will typically sit between 23 and 25 degrees, this can vary by a few degrees depending on the time of year. We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate special requests for different temperatures, nor guarantee exact temperatures.
A wooden cot, and high chair are available for use, please let us know if you would like these to be made available for your visit.
This home is pet-friendly and fully fenced, but please be respectful of the home and neighbourhood during your stay.
The house is solar 'green' and is designed to be fully powered by solar. There are three large batteries that provide reliable renewable power under normal Sunshine Coast conditions and grid backup if ever required.
