Esta nueva casa en el lago está situada en una ubicación privilegiada, en el norte del lago Keowee, con un excelente acceso a mar abierto. 30 minutos a Clemson. Ideal para familias y para niños, esta espaciosa casa de 2 niveles cuenta con dos habitaciones familiares separadas. Uno superior, uno inferior, cada uno con su propio televisor de pantalla grande, Lake / Mountain View. Con gusto y bellamente decorada, venga a disfrutar de esta nueva casa y muebles del lago.

En el nivel superior, disfrutará de las vistas del lago y las montañas desde el dormitorio principal, la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina. Tres grandes ventanales en la sala familiar enmarcan la belleza natural del lago y las montañas. Puede saborear su café de la mañana desde el balcón superior ubicado justo al lado de la cocina mientras disfruta del lago y de Mountain View. La suite del dormitorio principal superior cuenta con una cama king, un televisor de pantalla grande montado en la pared y el lago y Mountain View. El cuarto de baño contiguo de la suite principal cuenta con una gran ducha a ras de suelo y una bañera.

El nivel inferior cuenta con una segunda suite principal con baño completo privado. El segundo dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen y también cuenta con una ducha con azulejos. La segunda suite principal goza de vistas al lago y al monte. Junto a esta suite principal se encuentra la segunda área familiar con un gran televisor montado en la pared y un baño completo. La segunda área familiar accede al porche de cubierta inferior y al área de pozo de fuego abierto. El nivel inferior cuenta con el tercer dormitorio. El tercer dormitorio cuenta con una cama litera Queen / Queen. El tercer dormitorio también tiene lago y vistas a la montaña.

Justo afuera de las puertas corredizas en el nivel inferior hay un patio y un pozo de fuego con vistas al lago y la montaña.

En el agua hay un muelle cubierto con jetports. Traiga su propio barco o alquile uno localmente. Junto al muelle se encuentra nuestra zona de baño / playa. Gran área de fondo arenoso de aguas poco profundas protegidas y área de natación de aguas más profundas. También hay una zona de picnic al borde del agua. Un camino pavimentado para carritos de golf conecta la parte superior de la cresta con el lago y el área del muelle. Lovey setting, surrounded by trees on 3 sides with beautiful lake and mountain views on the fourth side. Well equipped kitchen though 5 coffee makers might be excessive! Very nice Weber gas grill, better than most rental properties we have stayed in. Currently no WiFi but we always had a good 5G cell signal. Comfy beds. Nice high windows in showers makes it feel like an outdoor shower. Owner was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Perfect get away that was truly away

Perfect week getaway for our family. The lake is absolutely beautiful. The property is beautiful just as described in the listing. Having no Wi-Fi gave us an excuse with our older children, fire pit and board games night made for many memories. Property owner communicated throughout our week assuring that we had everything we needed.

A little haven away from home

An absolutely wonderful stay for a quiet weekend get away. The cabin was clean, comfortable and really well stocked kitchen wise. The doc was a lovely way to pass the day and the fire pit was a great way to end it. There is no wifi but that is actually a selling point as it was a way to disconnect further. One of the most comfortable properties I've ever stayed at and will gladly stay again.

A Fantastic Family Vacay Spot!

This property is a great lake getaway. We brought a double kayak and paddleboard to enjoy Lake Keowee. Fishing off the dock was my son’s trip highlight (though he didn’t catch anything ☺️), and swimming out to the little island with sandbars all around was a close 2nd. S’mores by the outdoor fire pit, beautiful lake views, and some heated games of spades made it a trip we’ll remember. We’ll be returning again next summer!

We absolutely loved this home ! Super clean and gorgeous property with great kitchen appliances too ! We saw the most spectacular sunsets and had such a wonderful time. We loved the little island and beach access. It was really nice to just wade around in the water and walk to the island on the sand bar. We even saw otters! Thank you for such a memorable trip !

Great quiet lake location. Very professional instructions prior to check in and host checked in by text a couple of times to make sure all was well. Well appointed, very clean, great views. Easy to get situated and easy to tidy up upon departure. Good appliances and all sorts of extras like fire pit and outside furniture to enjoy.

Three couples in town for a wedding. Kitchen well equipped, house very clean, lake location and dock excellent. But, don't forget to bring bath soap and soap for kitchen sink - not provided. Otherwise, an excellent choice and would rent again without hesitation. Caveat: kitchen and dining area are on second floor so if stairs are an issue for anyone in your party, this would not be a good house for you.

Awesome experience !!

This was a family vacation including 3 children. The property was amazing and all it was advertised to be plus more. It was the perfect size for our family and had all the amenities we needed. The boat dock/slip was perfect as we had our boat and the swim platform was perfect for the kids. The kitchen had all that was needed and very nice appliance. The house was exceptionally clean. The communications with the owners were excellent. We would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO to anyone and hope to be able to stay here agin.

Kayak Lake Adventure

Amazing property on Upper Lake Keowee. Fantastic home with incredible views of lake and dramatic sunsets. Home has great floor plan with upper floor for kitchen and master suite. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on lower floor great for privacy. Fully furnished kitchen with everything you could possibly want. A very quiet location. I am already planning a return visit !!!!

Beautiful quiet home

Perfect for our family of four! Beautiful views from every room and tv’s in each bedroom! (+ for us) Foosball table was so fun after an all day excursion in our boat rental. Dock was amazing and a bonus we could pull the boat under its cover. The hike up the hill is not for the faint of heart but you can drive closer if needed! Everything you could possibly need is in the kitchen and we really enjoyed the variety of coffee/ espresso machines!! Grill temp was a little difficult to regulate but we used it multiple times. Only thing I wish they had was a porch swing. Only problem I would foresee for future renters is the kitchen is upstairs from the front and back doors so be prepared to go up a lot of stairs even inside the house (we had 2 heavy coolers with our food and drinks for 10 days) Host was quick to answer questions and see how we were doing:) plenty of linens towels and blanket, toiletries and hand dish and laundry soap Hope to stay here again!! Thanks for an amazing week!!

Family Reunion

This property is great for families with kids. We rented a boat and enjoyed having our own dock. The kids went down to fish every morning and evening. The house was stocked with everything we needed, including lots of extra pillows and blankets.

We had a great time at this wonderful lake house. It has some great views and the house is in a great location. Host has great directions and the house had so many amenities. Loved the outside space and foosball table. The kids and adults loved it.

Great House & Location!

Great house! Located on Lake Keowee and has everything you could want or ask for. Fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils needed for big family meals. The two floors of living space give everyone their space while providing plenty of room and seating for gatherings. The beds were comfortable. We brought our boat, and the dock was perfect. We would stay here again.
