When I checked in and went to my room; I found that it wasn’t clean. There were used coffee cups, used bottle waters, and the shower had used products and used wash clothes. I grabbed all of our luggage (I had three small kids with me) and hauled it back down the stairs and the front desk was super apologetic and nice about it and she ran up and quickly cleaned it. But, it was a quick clean so it just didn’t feel like it got a normal clean between guests. The next day, after a long day of softball tournaments, we heading back for the night to find our room key wouldn’t work so with tired kids, I had the trek back down the stairs a second time to have them fix my card. Overall it was a pretty frustrating experience and I guess I also expected someone to try to “make it right” but no one ever did. I know the front desk person messaged the owner but i never heard anything from them. I would highly recommend NOT staying here.

Windows were dirty. Carpet was dirty and there was food on the floor from prior guests. Three outlets in the entire room, one for TV, one for a lamp, and one at the desk. Pool was warm which was nice. Breakfast was waffles, bread, fruit, cereal, yogurt. FYI no elevator and only one door in and out of the property.

Booked double queen size bed room, but we're given a single bed one, with an excuse that that's the only room they had, even though it was simply not true as I found out later. The bed was actually too soft and made squeaky sounds every time when you turn. Had a terrible night in general.

Rude people stay there unfortunately.
The people who work there are awesome. It's the loud, rude people that make too much noise late at night that have no respect for other people paying to stay there who ruin it.
