The vacation rental is located on the fourth basement level—accessible by stairs (60 steps total, 15 steps per level) (no elevator). The apartment features 1 bedroom (new box-spring bed, 160x200m) and a living room with a sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area with chairs and a corner bench, bathroom with shower and toilet. Garden furniture, a gas grill, and a beach chair are available on the balcony. 55-inch satellite TV in the living room, PlayStation, various DVDs, board games, and a 27-inch satellite TV in the bedroom with DVD playback. Bedding and towels are provided. A coin-operated laundry machine is located in the apartment complex. A parking space on the parking deck (uncovered) is available in front of the apartment complex.

Overnight rates apply for a 2-person occupancy.
An additional 5€ per day is charged for each additional person.
A fee of 5€ per night is charged for pets.
A one-time fee of 60€ is charged for final cleaning.

A visitor’s tax of 2.50€ per day per person is levied by the Langscheid climatic health resort in the town of Sundern and must be paid in cash on site upon arrival.
