A very modern well-equipped home in a good central location close to the Sunderland beach.

Anglers Rest @ Sunderland Bay is close to the beach, only approximately a 5-minute walk Close to all the attractions Phillip Island offers. Public transport is nearby or bring your bike and cycle around Phillip Island. You’ll love this home because of the location, and you will hear the surf rolling in. Very suitable for families, couples, people over 25 years old, business travelers, and furry small friends on request. (no cats are welcome)

Features include master bedroom with en-suite and walk in robe, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and bedrooms 3 & 4 have Queen beds and share a family bathroom. A big open plan living, dining and fully equipped modern kitchen area with a bar, smart TV, a wood fire, central ducted cooling system and reverse cycle air conditioning. Walk out to the side outdoor entertaining area from the kitchen area with a BBQ, dining table and outdoor seating, where you will enjoy the lovely cooling summer breezes and the sound of the surf rolling in.

Fully fenced yard with room for 3 cars on the property, double remote garage with a table tennis table and dart board. A very comfortable modern home. A short drive to the GP track and less than 10 min drive to the town centre of Cowes. This 4-bedroom home offers all the modern conveniences you need for a relaxing holiday.

A great home to come and enjoy the beach and the area with everything you require. linen and towels are not provided.

PLEASE NOTE:

No Smoking Policy.

Pets are on request. No cats and only small dogs.

LINEN: Sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath matts, hand towels and tea towels. You can bring your own or if you would like to hire linen, please let Dianne the holiday rental manager and this is invoiced separately for payment.

BOND: There is a $400 bond. Your credit card is held against the bond and no payment is required..

FIREWOOD: Firewood is NOT supplied. You have to bring your own.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)
PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

Neat and tidy

Well maintained, clean & tidy house, even the outdoors.We had a really nice time. Quite neighbourhood.Closer to all the Phillip Island attractions .Walking distance to a beautiful beach.The house had everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Fantastic Family Retreat

Fantastic property for our family of 6. We had heaps of space and the layout and amenities of the property are superb. Plenty for the kids to do with table tennis, games or outside. Highly recommend!
