전반적으로 불편했던 기억만 남았어요 객실 청소 상태가 불량했어요 구석 탁자밑에 귀지 솜막대가 그대로 있고 그외 작은 쓰레기가 보여 꺼림척했고, 창문도 안 열었는데 날 파리가 구석에서 날리고, 천장 등 주위에 많은 날파리가 보여 첫날을 모르고 자다 밤에 얼굴 등 주위에 날라다녀 프런트에 이야기했더니 제대로 처리도 안하고 청소만 다시 하면 되는 것 처럼 했어요 낮에 나가면서 이야기해서 처리되길 바랐지만 3시간 뒤에 돌아 와 보니 날파리들이 구석에서 커튼을 제치니 날라 다려 기분이 상했는데 다시 프런트에 이야기했더니 방문 직원은 청소담당이 와서 청소해 달라해서 왔다 하여 다시 정말 화가 나서 프런트에 항의했더니 그후에 다른 객실 티만 가지고 와서 객실 변경해 준다 하며 주어서 여행 기분을 망치고 싶지 않아 그냥 다시 풀어논 짐들을 싸고 객실을 옮기고 호텔에 머물었는데, 정말 기분이 잡친 일정이었다. 5성급 호텔이 라면 아무리 여수라 할지라도 그 모양새에 맞춰 준비되어 있어야 하는데 너무 한심하고 무례한 태도에 정말 많은 날을 하고 싶지만 정말 빵점주어도 될만한 호텔이었다 정말 여행 숙소로는 꽝이었다

직원 교육이 필요할 듯합니다.

저는 프리미어 더블룸을 예약했고 더블침대가 있는 방을 안내받았습니다. 룸에는 더블 침대에 싱글사이즈 이불이 덮여있었어요. 이불이 너무 작아 프론트에 교체를 요청하니 수량이 부족해 싱글이불밖에 없다며 싱글이불을 하나 더 가져다 준다고 했습니다. 잠시 후 직원이 싱글이불을 가져왔길래 나름 4성급 호텔인데 이불 사이즈가 없는 경우는 처음이라 당황스럽다고 했더니 본 호텔은 임대 호텔이라 별같은 건 의미 없다는 답변을 받았습니다. 이게 호텔 직원한테 들을 적절한 답변이었는지는 모르겠지만. 호텔이 직접 지은 건지 임대인지가 중요하지 않았지만, '임대호텔이라 크게 투자도 관리도 안하는 호텔입니다.'라는 인상을 주셔서 안타깝네요. 이후 노후된 시설이며, 객실 구석의 먼지, 욕실 샤워부스의 검은 물때와 곰팡이까지 눈에 들어오며 아.. 임대호텔이라 그런가.. 싶었습니다. 물론 아니겠지만, 저런식의 대답은 호텔과 직원에게 아무런 도움이 안된다는 것을 알았으면 좋겠습니다.
