The apartment has its own private entrance and is equipped with a small kitchen, a dining area, one bedroom, one bathroom and a washer/dryer. Amenities include Cable TV, free Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels and off street parking. A unique, comfortable and private living experience for one or two guests!

The Private Guest Quarters at Linwood is located on a two-acre historic estate in downtown Summerville with a beautiful garden and walking paths around the property that are open for guests to explore. It is on the ground level of the elegant, plantation-style house. The "Guest Quarters" was the original kitchen of the 1883 home, which was built by Julia Drayton Hastie, heiress to the famous Magnolia-on-the Ashley Plantation, just 20 minutes away.
Private History and Horticulture Tours of the 1883 Linwood estate are available upon request.
