A great home base for our weeklong vacation

We stayed for a week at “Lena’s Place” while visiting family who also live in Summerville. It allowed us a great place to call home, decompress, and be comfortable in while in a town unfamiliar to us.

A great property to get away and watch the sunset and the fireflies in the early summer. The owners are very kind and responsive to any questions or issues. It is close enough to Rome for convenience but far enough out to enjoy the country, The state park was also a great place to visit.There is a Dollar General near by, but a grocery store is a 10-15 minute drive. We came to read and relax and this location was exactly what we needed.
