Make sure you check the carpets for cleanliness!

This hotel stay left alot to be desired, we stayed for 3 nights while attending the BigFoot Festival in Sutton as a vendor. Wifi never worked which we needed for any custom orders we would take at the festival. the carpet in the room was filthy, My wife got out of the shower and walked around for 5 minutes and her feet were black. We had to wear shoes at all time while in the room. Customer Relations for Best Western has not responded nor has the hotel since we complained back on June 27th, 2025, even though customer relations said it wouldn't take any longer than 2-5 days. Completely unhappy with this location

Property was clean, rooms were clean. No internet for our whole 4 day stay. First night was told it was the storm, acceptable reason. Second night another storm, again acceptable reason. No storms after that. Not acceptable. I know that other options are available besides general internet services.
