Unit #546 is equipped with a 35-foot seawall that accommodates boats up to 30 feet, this brand-new high-rise home is a boater's dream—located just seconds from open water. The dock area features a fish-cleaning station and plenty of space to relax by the water. Downstairs, guests will find a convenient renter's storage closet equipped with a soda fridge, two bicycles for exploring the community, and a cornhole game for some friendly competition. A Weber propane grill and a covered outdoor dining area with a six-seater table create the perfect spot for waterfront meals. Inside, the bright open-concept living area includes a large sectional sofa with a queen sleeper and a 65” Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and everything you need for easy meal prep and entertaining. There is a Keurig combo - Pods and Drip coffee maker at this home for you to enjoy your favorite brew. The primary suite offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed with a nearby full bathroom that also features a shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and 55” Smart TVs for added comfort and entertainment. A washer and dryer are also provided in the home for guest use. For security, there are two exterior cameras: one overlooking the front balcony and entry door, and another positioned under the house facing the canal. No pets are allowed at this home. Venture Out is a golf cart friendly, private gated community that boasts a plethora of amenities to elevate your stay to the next level. The driveway measurements are 25'L x 9.5'W x 7'H. If your vehicle does not fit when you arrive, please see the guard gate for an additional parking pass for the overflow lot, which costs $5 per day.
