On the Rocks: This Sullivan's Island home will make your Beach Memories extra special. With incredible ocean views, you can relax and enjoy the beauty of an ocean sunrise, sunset, and dolphins playing. Also a short walk to the Boathouse restaurant and Breach Inlet!

Completely renovated throughout interior and exterior, two Living areas with Panoramic Ocean views, Spacious deck with outdoor dining overlooking ocean, two upstairs bedrooms with sundecks with ocean views, large well equipped kitchen with dining area, gas grill on deck, Easy access to sandy beach and outdoor shower on ocean level. All bathrooms have been updated The upstairs family room has breathtaking views with two large sofas, one of which will be a newly updated queen sleeper. Which can be used as an additional sleeping area. Owners have provided 3 kayaks and lifejackets for guest use as well as beach games including cornhole. The home is has wireless internet and YouTube TV via Roku TV's and Fire TV's. So feel free to watch YouTube TV or login into any of your favorite streaming channels and linens are included. No Smoking. No Pets.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property really needs some TLC. Two chairs broke due to age while a normal sized adult person was sitting in them. Soft spot on floor of kitchen, seemed to be getting worse. Carpets needed cleaned. A/C was the "little engine that could", barely getting its job done. View, location were great.
