Our beautiful 4-star apartments (about 63 square meters) have 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, a living / dining area and a kitchen. Bedroom and living / dining area are equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling). Each apartment has a covered balcony (about 12sqm) with sea views. The garden has a pool and a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Own parking spaces are available on the property.

Our house is 2 minutes walk, about 100m from the beach

Equipment:
Kitchen with stove, oven, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, microwave (on request), crockery, cutlery, glasses and towels.

Bathroom equipped with shower and underfloor heating. In a bathroom there is a washing machine. Towels are available.

Bedrooms are equipped with double beds. Bed linen is available.

Living area has satellite TV, a high quality fold-out sofa bed (suitable for 2 persons).

Dining area with dining table for 6 people.

Balconies have dining tables for 6 and 2 sun loungers.

All apartments have Wi-Fi

All bedrooms and the living / dining area have air conditioning.

Pool / Outside:
The pool is 5x6m, so 30qm large. In the pool area there is an outdoor shower, sun loungers and parasols. We have a "Konoba" (covered outdoor kitchen) with barbecue, dining table and chairs (use by arrangement)

Five-Star Accommodations in Zadar

Claus is an excellent host, and his property is exactly as described. The place looks brand new. The beds are comfortable, and his hospitality is some of the best I’ve ever received from VRBO owners, if not the best. His home is immaculate, and his attention to detail is five stars. If you’re ever in Zadar or the surrounding area, this is the best place to stay.

Ruhig, entspannt und alles vorhanden

Wir sind zu viert in der Unterkunft gewesen und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Das beste waren die Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster, sodass man auch ungestört mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen konnte, dennoch gibt es auch AC in den Schlafzimmern. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Besitzer sind sehr nett. Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Bäcker oder Supermarkt sind es ein paar Minuten mehr, aber auch gut zu laufen (~8-10Min Einweg). Am Pool kann man ebenfalls super entspannen.

Gelungener Urlaub im Happy Heaven House!

Wir durften ein entspanntes, informatives Ankommen genießen. Martina und Klaus sind sehr gästeorientiert. Wir kamen in den Genuß einer Oldtimer Cabriofahrt mit Klaus, zum einmaligen mega Aussichtspunkt mit Blick auf die Kornaten. Stimmige, perfekt eingerichtete, großzügige Wohnung. Entspannungsmöglichkeit auf Sonnenliegen und im Garten mit mega gepflegtem Pool. Martina und Klaus sind super aufmerksame und serviceorientierte Gastgeber. Gern kommen wir wieder, wenn die Baumaßnahmen in der Nachbarschaft abgeschlossen sind. Durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand und den bereits genannten Details war es ein herrlicher Urlaub. Wir empfehlen die Bahia Bar in der Marina Dalmacija. Herrlich zum Baden und chillen. Danke an unsere Gastgeber.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub in einer tollen Umgebung. Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Der Vermieter war für Fragen immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Das Klima ist sehr angenehm, wir hatten nur gutes Wetter.

Nichts für junge Leute

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber. Klima Anlage perfekt eingestellt. KEIN WLAN. Grillen nur in Beisein und es ist nicht gewünscht unten zu sitzen oder zu essen. Man wird auf alles hingewiesen. Sehr pingelig. Auf Ruhe wird sehr großer Wert gelegt. Schade, dass es nicht in der Beschreibung steht. Das war das erste mal in Kroatien. Übrigens ging es anderen Gästen auch so. Jedoch wurde leider keine Bewertung hinterlassen oder auch gelöscht. Strand in paar Minuten zu erreichen (Hat uns aber nicht gefallen).

Rundum Perfekt

Bereits vor der Buchung wurden all unsere Fragen beantwortet. Selbst eine vorab Kommunikation per Handy zur geplanten Anreise war gegeben. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung weicht nicht von der Beschreibung der Annonce ab. Egal welche Fragen und Anliegen wir hatten, konnten wir uns jederzeit an Claus und Martina wenden & es wurde uns sofort geholfen. Egal ob es sich hier um ein Restaurantbesuch, ein Ausflugsziel oder um die Gegend drehte. Ein herzliches, freundliches und familiäres "Willkommen" ist hier groß geschrieben. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in toller Lage

Die Wohnung sowie das ganze Haus sind modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für uns als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) war auch genug Platz, besonders hervorzuheben sind dabei die zwei schicken Bäder. Der Pool ist sauber und erfrischend. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten und selbst zur Hochsaison Mitte August war der Strandabschnitt relativ leer und man lag nicht dicht an dicht. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war nett, unkompliziert und hilfreich zur anfänglichen Orientierung. Alles ins allem ein toller Aufenthalt und ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Toller Urlaub

Alles war so wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten. Tolles Wetter, eine Super Wohnung , wo alles ruhig war, obwohl der Strand nur um die Ecke ist. Der Vermieter hat und eine Einweisung gegeben, so dass wir für nichts fragen mussten. Wir bedanken uns nochmals, dass wir hier Urlaub machen konnten. Klaus und Martina sind Super Gastgeber.

Urlaub von der ersten Minute

Wir haben unseren Urlaub von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr genossen, Wiederholung sehr wahrscheinlich. Die Apartments entsprechen den Fotos, sind sehr gepflegt und mit Sinn für‘s Details ausgestattet.
