Still great.

This is my go-to place to stay if I am traveling outside of Indonesia. The staff is well versed in travelers needs and will offer helpful suggestions. There is a good selection of food and drinks available in several different restaurant settings. My favorite is the rooftop with great views. This trip was my first since the pandemic and I am thrilled that FM 7 is still great and remains my favorite travel hotel.

We stayed at FM7 Resort near Jakarta Airport for two nights, and our overall experience was excellent! The hotel provides airport transfers and breakfast, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. A special thanks to Operation Manager Erwin—when we were about to leave, he saw us from afar and immediately opened the door for us, asking if we needed any assistance. We had originally booked the 1 PM airport shuttle, but after checking out, we decided to head to the airport earlier. He quickly arranged it for us, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transfer. His service exceeded my expectations! We would also like to express my gratitude to the entire team for their excellent hospitality. Highly recommend FM7 Resort and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Jakarta!

I was really impressed with the overall cleanliness of the property. Everything was very well run including our pickup at the airport. The staff were very responsive and helpful. We had a late flight out the day we checked out. We were allowed to store our bags, use the internet and the pool facilities until we had to leave. I booked the same property on our return trip at the end of our stay. I feel like this property offers excellent value for the money. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable!

I love the restaurant with great local food options especially the bubur ayam stall. The hotel should upgrade their old towels and carpets at the hallway. I was hesitant using the towels. All in all. It’s a good hotel for a short transit. Thank you.

I was over nighting so stayed near the airport, the hotel was close to the airport and offered a drop off service and were very reasonable on a late checkout of four hours. The facilities are great with a pool,sauna and steam room along with a spa offering massages. They also have a shop for emergency items . Staff are very friendly

The hotel is a few mins away from the airport, quite affordable, however it's a bit far from the city centre, so if you only need a room to sleep before your next flight, then this place is perfect. They have free airport shuttle service which is convenient. Not ideal if you're intending to stay a few more days and explore the city. The room is ok, clean and comfortable. A bit noisy though at times as there is a karaoke room on the same floor where my husband and I are staying. They have a spa onsite too so I thought it would be nice to get a massage after a long haul flight, it has a bit of a weird vibe, the place smells like toilet cleaner rather than a spa smell, the masseuse is wearing high heels clippety clopping whilst she lead me to the massage room, the massage bed doesn't have a hole for the face, they have a normal pillow instead, so very uncomfortable, had the worst massage ever whilst listening to Careless Whisper by George Michael, such an odd choice for a spa music. I don't think I will be staying again, it's just not my kind of place.
