Perfect Hotel for Families Visiting Lotte World! We stayed on the 22nd floor, in an even-numbered room, and the view of Seokchon Lake was exactly like the photosโ€”absolutely beautiful. One of the highlights of our stay was the super kind staff member with short orange hair, who made check-in warm and welcoming from the start. The hotel is perfectly located for visiting Lotte World and the Aladdin musical. Itโ€™s also connected to a department store and shopping mall, which made everything from dining to shopping super convenient. Our kids were thrilled to find Pokรฉmon Ga-Olรฉ machines, and being able to rest in the room and re-enter Lotte World made the whole experience even better for families with children. Having a meal while looking out over Seokchon Lake was such a memorable moment. A special thanks to General Manager Dongjoo Lee, who sent us a thoughtful follow-up message after our stay.
