La Cabanita - Pet Friendly!

SAME CABIN, NEW LISTING DUE TO ACCOUNT CHANGE - Cute and cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin. Huge patio with a propane fire pit and bbq with plenty of sitting room to enjoy the outdoors. Completely fenced in yard to allow your four legged fur babies to play outside. Just a short walk to the National Forest for mountain biking, hiking, and sledding. Super quiet neighborhood. Cabin is beautifully decorated with a mountain theme. Everything you will need except your toothbrush. IG: LaCabanitaBigBear

The master bedroom has 1 full sized bed and one twin bed. The second bedroom has 1
queen sized bed. Each bedroom has a tv connected to WiFi and Roku. The living room TV has free
Netflix. High speed internet is available around the entire property so you can sip coffee on the porch
and enjoy the clean mountain air while you browse the internet. There is a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, stovetop hot water kettle, and a keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. Coffee and tea are available for
you. There are portable fans available as it does get warm in the cabin during the summer, however I
suggest you open the windows to let the clean, fresh, and cool mountain air in. There is a wall heater in
the living room as well as a fireplace to keep you warm. We currently only allow duraflame type logs.
DO NOT BURN WOOD.

Guests will have full access to the entire property including the back yard. Please keep an eye on your children and pets while outside as we are in the National Forest and there are wild animals in the street at times. The driveway will fit 2 full size trucks.

Very quiet neighborhood. Cabin is a few houses down from the national forest.

There is a first aid kit and fire extinguisher under the kitchen cabinet if needed. Guests have full use of kitchen appliances, which are listed below. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash bags can be thrown in the bins located outside of the front yard gate.
Set the heater to 55 degrees and leave the bathroom and bedroom doors open. Close all windows.
Wash dishes and leave them in the drying rack.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guest must sign rental agreement. Security deposit of $300 required. Pet fee required. 2 pets maximum. No parties. No smoking indoors.
Maximum occupancy is 6. That includes all adults and children. Late checkout permitted for $50 additional fee.
Any damage incurred violation of rules and policies may result in loss of security deposit.

Cozy and cute

Very satisfied with this cute cabin. The place was just as described. One exception was the kitchen picture showed a regular coffee maker and we arrived to find a keurig along with several k-cups for us as well as hot chocolate and popcorn. They even had a k-cup converter cup in case you only bring ground coffee! Many different appliances to use. Fireplace was nice too. Some other lovely touches in the kitchen and the living room were all appreciated. We enjoyed the hikes just a few blocks away. Communication with the owners was great too

Celebrating my sons 15th birthday

We were welcomed into the adorable cabin with and birthday basket surprise which my son absolutely loved 🥰 The moment I walked into the cabin I knew in my heart we will be back .. my boys loved it so much too that they asked if this could be “ our spot!” And of course I said absolutely!! We just loved the accommodations and the home feeling yet being on vacation! I am so glad we changed our minds from staying at a hotel to come stay at the La Cabinita ❤️
