A 3-storey house in El Perello Beach with garage for 2 cars. Spacious living room with a fireplace and a 3m glass door that opens to a great terrace overlooking the sea, which gives direct access to the promenade and the beach.
The living room has a 40'' TV with USB and a chimney for the cooler days.
The kitchen has been totally renovated and is fully equipped. There are 4 double bedrooms; all mattresses are new and of good quality. There are two modern bathrooms and a rest room at ground floor.
The house has 4 private terraces, one of them a glass covered terrace so as to enjoy the sea views during the cooler days.
The house is in a private urbanization with a communal pool that has a children's area.

Beautiful House
We had a wonderful week at the Beach House and Mercedes was a terrific host.
Our 2 year old granddaughter loved the play house and the toys which were in the house. The kitchen was very cooking friendly and we enjoyed some lovely meals there with fresh produce from the local shops. We hope to return in the future.

Traumhaftes Haus direkt am Strand
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es ist sauber und ordentlich und sehr gemütlich. Die Terasse mit Blick auf den Strand ist ein Traum und perfekt zum Essen und Trinken. Die Kinder liebten den Strand (sehr breit und sauber). Für Familien, die einen Strandurlaub wollen einfach perfekt. Ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit nach Valencia zum Shoppen oder für Ausflüge. Dazu ist Mercedes (Eigentümerin) extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir konnten zum Beispiel spontan deutlich früher einchecken und deutlich später auschecken als geplant, weil jeweils die Flüge verschoben wurden.
Kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. (Wir waren auch schon das zweite Mal dort)

Fijn huis direct aan het strand
Niets is zo lekker dan wakker worden op het strand met uitzicht op zee. En dat lukt prima in dit heerlijke huis, afgescheiden van een (smalle) promenade aan het prachtige strand. Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. Het huis, onderdeel van een huizenblok ligt in een afgesloten urbanisatie met gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Wij waren hier begin juli en het was zeer rustig met alleen maar locals. Op ca. 6 minuten auto afstand bevindt zich een grote supermarkt Consum en even verder op een lekkere bakker. Je kunt gezellig uit eten in El Perillo maar ook in Sueca, Cullera, Gandia en natuurlijk in Valencia. Ook het nabij gelegen natuurgebied Albufera is zeker een bezoekje waard: de boottocht en de rijstvelden. Xativa heeft een prachtige kasteel. De omgeving zelf bestaat uit lintbebouwing met diverse vakantiewoningen, niet echt spannend maar dat wisten we van tevoren. Mercedes onze host was zeer gastvrij en reageert vrij snel op onze vragen. Nogmaals dank we hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad !

Wonderful stay directly at the beach
Thanks a lot to the owner of the place, Mercedes, for this wonderful holidays - even in Covid times! The house is very well equipped, two modern bathrooms, a big, but cozy living room with sea view terrace and chimney. A large kitchen with everything you need incl dishwasher and washing machine (we even baked Easter cookies!) Four bedrooms, most of them with sea view terrace or winter garden also and more than enough space :-)
The beach is lovely with children, not too many people, a walkway to do jogging, restaurants not far away, supermarkets also nearby and even public transport to Valencia, if you would like to see the city (it’s approx. 30-40 min. by car) The pool wasn‘t open in April yet, but still weather was super good to stay on the beach.

Casa preciosa al lado del mar
Casa muy espaciosa y muy bonita dando al paseo maritimo y con situación inmejorable para disfrutar del mar. Levantarte o acostarte escuchando las olas y disfrutando de la brisa marina es una experiencia que merece la pena recordar durante mucho tiempo. La casa esta totalmente equipada y Mercedes, aparte de ser muy amable en el recibimiento e indicaciones, también nos resolvió cualquier duda que nos surgió durante la estancia. Sin duda espero que sea el primero de muchos veranos que pasemos allí.

Tolles Haus!
Es ist so wunderschön, morgens den Sonnenaufgang zu sehen. Eine wirklich gut ausgestattete Küche (wir waren drei Köche) hat uns das Kochen leicht gemacht. Und der Blick und die Ruhe des Novembers. Das Haus ist so wunderschön! Das einzige Manko ist die Entfernung von der Busstation der Linie 25 nach Valencia wo auch ein gute Supermarkt ist. Ich empfehle das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter für Familien oder Menschen, die einfach ihre Ruhe haben möchten. Das kann ich aber nur für die Off-Saison sagen. Mercedes ist immer eine tolle Gastgeberin! Vielen Dank! Wolfi
