The room was fine with a comfortable bed and nice TV. However, the plug system in the bathroom sink didn’t work and required repair. Also, after staying two nights I tried to extend for an additional night and was told I couldn’t. Two minutes later, I was able to book a room at the hotel via Trivago. Unfortunately, this meant I had to check out in the morning and check back in during the afternoon.

I made reservations via Expedia and when I got there around 10pm there was a lineup at the counter and nobody was there to check-in anyone. I called support and all they did was call the front desk with no answer and they told me there was nothing they could do. Someone finally showed up after over 20 minutes. They gave an excuse that they had to attend to something but they had not even put a will be back soon sign to let anyone know what was going on. The person checking us in did not take any responsibility for not being there to check-in people. Terrible attitude from both the staff and helpdesk personnel.

The room and property were fine but I found the front desk person to be unfriendly and not a helpful person. He is the first person you have contact with when you arrive and to be greeted with a smile and a nice hello goes a long way especially with the older generation
