There was dog poop everywhere. It is all over the front and back part of the property. There is the smell of pot all through the hallways. But the hotel is supposed to be "smoke free." Towards the end of my stay I decided to check out early. I gave them more than 24 hrs notice. They refused to refund me my money. One reason I decided to check out early was the rudeness of the hotel front desk clerk who was hassling me about my $150 deposit. She said I had to release and then recharge my credit card $150 three times. It's fraudulent and unethical. There have been multiple complaints from guests that they have been overcharged their deposits and that it was not returned to them upon check out. If I'm no longer booked in the room and they clean it and then rent it out to somebody else they have no right to keep my money. I checked out early so those two nights are supposed to be reimbursed. My travel app went over the policy with me. As long as i check out by 4 pm the previous day then I can cancel any future bookings and I am supposed to get reimbursed. The hotel refused to refund me any money. That was after I had spent a substantial amount of money staying there. Is this supposed to be good "customer service" ? The manager went along with this crap if one can believe this.
