Ehemaliges Best Western. Hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Lüfter im Bad defekt, Haare vom Vorgänger auf dem Boden, Saunabereich nicht sauber. Frühstück kein Buffet wie beschrieben sondern lediglich Schmalspurfrühstück. Personal dagegen sehr freundlich. Nach wenigen Stops im Zentrum.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, jedoch war das Bad klein und abgewohnt (braune Schlieren am Toilettenwasserablass, braune Flecken unten an der Duschtüre, unverkachelte Wandstellen), die Straße an der das Zimmer lag war in der Nacht leider sehr auch laut. Das kleine Frühstück war solide und reichhaltig, ein Teller mit Butter, Wurst, Käse, Nutella und zwei Gurkenscheiben, dazu zwei kleine Brötchen, ein Joghurt und ein Apfel (meiner hatte leider sehr viele Druckstellen) sowie Rührei. Kaffee, Tee, Kakao und Säfte gab es zur Selbstbedingung.

Nie wieder irgendein Best Western/Stuttgart 21

Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und es war sauber. Aber das war es auch schon. Obwohl ich zuvor beim Hotel angefragt habe, dafür zu sorgen, dass die Matratzen nicht auseinander rutschen. Da es kein Doppelbett sondern zwei nebeneinander geschobene Einzelbetten waren, die wir erhalten haben, und mir versichert wurde, dass Sie sich darum kümmern, war es absolut furchtbar. Die Betten waren hart, unterschiedlich hoch und sind durchgehend verrutscht. So hatten wir uns den romantischen Abend nicht vorgestellt. Außerdem sind morgens die Reinigungskräfte nicht nur einmal sondern direkt zweimal innerhalb von 10 Minuten ungefragt ins Zimmer gekommen. Wenn man einmal ausversehen rein kommt, verstehen wir das ja, auch wenn es wirklich unangenehm sein kann, in einem vertrauten Moment gestört zu werden, aber wer kommt dann einfach nochmal rein? Wir und unsere Bekannte würden nie wieder einen Aufenthalt dort in Betracht ziehen.
