Surprisingly Nice

We were able to park in the hotel underground parking lot and check in with ease. The employee at the front desk spoke fluent English and was very courteous and helpful. Our room met all our needs and we were not disturbed by noise from other rooms. We did not try the hotel breakfast. We are too tempted by the wonderful German pastry shops.

Unfotunately My room was not warm, heater did not work, and it was cold outside. But since i was only staying 1 night, and checked in late and left again very early next morning, i did not complain

Rooms are fine but lobby is disappointing

The lobby is very disappointing and the adjacent bar unless you want to play darts or Fooseball . I couldn't believe this was a Best Western BUT the rooms have been renovated and are very nice. Fridge, fully controllable a/c, desk, small (maybe 27” flat screen TV), safe, good free wi-fi, decent lighting, openable windows, Keurig coffee machine, helpful staff. Brekkie extra which is disappointing as I stayed out near the airport last night (Park Hotel) for way less money with a great brekkie included.

A decent hotel for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good, comfortable and had everything I needed. The local area is ok with a small shopping centre a short walk away.

Everyone we encountered was professional and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable; the bathroom was spotless and roomy. Our only "complaint" was that the two twin beds were on wheels and moved on the floor at every toss and turn. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

well, not much i can say, the hotel looks like combination between best western theme hotel and social housing. there is no sign outside indicating this is the hotel. wifi was down and price was way high the reasonable. on the positive side: located with walking distance to Mercedes and free parking.
