Pet friendly which was amazing for my husband and I to have a little getaway, views are beautiful and out of the main city area. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed, very comfortable seating (indoor and outdoor). Very cozy!!

My husband and I enjoyed our getaway in this comfy rental. The house is clean, cozy and cool. The host provides accommodations/resources that were above and beyond any other properties we have previously stayed at. We loved that it was a quick drive to Deadwood and Sturgis. The golf course across the highway was also a fun source of entertainment for us!

Beautiful home not great communication

We stayed 3 nights. Home is beautiful inside and situated in the gorgeous Black Hills. It is right next to Hwy 14A, so is a bit noisy with traffic/motorcycles. Home is clean, had everything we needed. This was our 1st time using Vrbo. Communication was almost non-existent. We were arriving late, so I texted right after I reserved to find out if the home would be well lit and easy to find. No response. (And the home was not easy to find after dark. I recv’d a text one day early welcoming us… which made me concerned whether I’d reserved for the correct nights. After rechecking reservations and never receiving a response on my earlier text I surmised that the host was not very engaged. If there were issues or things going on in their lives, a quick response would have been welcomed! We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs which the hosts were very conscientious to communicate very well and make sure we had everything. So, disappointed with that aspect, but everything else was good.

This place exceeded our expectations! Great location, amazing accommodations, clean, well furnished, comfortable and the hosts were so easy to communicate with. They are also dog friendly, so that was a great plus for us, as we have 2 large dogs which can often be a challenge when trying to find places to stay. We cleaned up after them and made sure they were well-behaved house guests of course! We highly recommend this place and we plan to come back again!

This was one of the best properties we have stayed at! The layout, decor, cleanliness, paper products, linens and fully stocked kitchen utensils and dishes puts this gem in our top 3! The beautidul location, covered porch with grill, outside fire featuee and comfortable swivel chairs let us enjoy the beautiful Black Hills while enjoying our morning coffee. Communication with our hostess and her attention to detail put this weekend over the top. I highly recommend this property as it not only met our expectations, but, exceeded them!

Excellent location

The cabin had easy access to Deadwood, Sturgis and Spearfish. I wish the waether would have been better so we could have enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor chairs.
