WC, balcony. IMPORTANT - booking conditions: After booking we ask for a deposit of 25% of the total amount. The complete balance including the additional costs we cleaning, bed linen and tourist tax must be done before departure. Then we will send you the complete travel documents by mail. Please specify the email address when booking.

Facts: central location, ski bus 50m from the house, W-Lan gratis, electr. Ski boot dryer, LED flats in all app. Our apartment house is sunny and quiet in the center of Stumm. Restaurants, supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Ski bus stop about 50 meters from the house - ski bus to the valley station of the gondola lifts in Kaltenbach, 1km. All apartments are comfortably furnished and vacation. They have a living / sleeping room with pull-out couch for 2 persons, LED TV 32 '- satellite TV, a dining area, a bathroom with bath or shower, a sep. WC. The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-plate stove, a fridge, a coffee machine, and dining and cooking utensils. Each apartment has a balcony. Apartments for 2-8 persons, lounge for all guests, ski room with electrically heated ski boot dryer. Free parking in front of the house. Für zwei Personen sehr gut. Ein Backofen wäre schön gewesen und das WLAN hatte Aussetzer. Wunderbar waren zwei Südbalkone und die Badewanne:-)
