Charming Cottage

Well appointed, beautifully maintained, located in a manicured but modest neighborhood. Convenient for exploring some of what the town of Stuart offers. We would go there again in a heartbeat.

Stayed for a little over a week visiting family. Great location on a quiet street. Easy to walk to waterfront/downtown. Very comfortable house for relaxing/cooking meals. Great communication with hosts. Would happily stay here again.

Cute cottage in downtown Stuart- nice for walking into town/dining etcOwners were easy to communicate with- responsive.Need to upgrade mattress in main bedroom- size clearly stated but mattress very uncomfortable.

My family (husband, two college-age kids, and I) had a wonderful stay at this house. It was spacious and accommodating for the four of us. Traveling on a budget, we were easily able to get groceries and make meals at the unit rather than eating out. The host was easily accessible and responsive. The only detracting issue is the 2nd bedroom does not have 2 twins / 2 singles, but instead has a twin bed with trundle bed. This might work well for younger families, but not for those traveling with larger, older kids. Overall, though, a wonderful stay.

Nice Small House & Location

The house was a pleasant small home. The grounds could use some sprucing up. We actually didn't get to stay on house for the first month due to hurricane Ian. I was a little disappointed that no one would respond to the messages left for the lessor concerning our status. Also, the fact that no one has emptied trash cans from back yard and cleaned all the fallen debris from when the storm passed across Florida just to the north. I did like the accessibility to the town of Stuart.

Happy Stay

We had an elderly person with us, actually we were all elderly for that matter. There were 3 stairs, but no railing, which was fine for me, but my friend would have wanted a railing. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. It is located close to downtown and also the beaches to the East. The inside was brand new and very nice. There were plenty of things we needed in the kitchen with 2 coffee pots and other supplies. There was plenty of room inside and out. My dog had a great time. Easy access to the doors, but only use the coded locks, as you do not have keys to the other locks. We had a great stay and vacation. I was able to text the owners and they were very nice and responsive.

LOVELY COTTAGE ON QUIET STREET
