This property is not as it appears in photos. hallways are dirty, our room was not swept once in the 3 days, nor was our bed made(not expecting clean sheets every day, but not to even make the bed?) AND we had no hot water 2 of the 3 days. Requested an adjustment to our bill - to date not received. Credit card was billed in full. Do Not stay here

The pool and hot tub were dirty, green with actual dirt and grit floating around. When I asked, I was told the pool cleaner was coming later that day. So several of us went in with no choice, but we're very uneasy about it. There is a beach but it's small and what they show as a picture on the website is not at all indicative of what it is. There are about 3 chairs and 1 lounger. ALL of which are broken. Hotel is old and rundown, so are the rooms. All of this would be ok if the price they were asking was commensurate with the quality, but it was quiet a bit of money. Location has access to restaurants and the public beach is only a few miles away.

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel due to being on the water with a private dock and beach. Location of hotel is great too, with quick access to many great food spots. The room was clean and parking was provided. The reason I'm giving it 4 starts because it needs a little bit of updating. The carpet in the hallways were super stained and dirty. Our AC unit was super loud and was very unbearable when trying to watch tv at night. There was no sound proof to other rooms and the hallway; so you heard everything.

Clean room, nice beach, large bathroom, nice and friendly staff and nice balcony. The wifi was inadequate for the proper operation of the TV that uses wifi to operate. But we enjoyed our stay without the tv. Would suggest some kind of wardrobe cabinet for hanging clothes.

The staff was amazing. and the views oh my gosh undescribable you can even be in the pool or the hot tub and you had your own private beach and you had the pier to sit on. It was great. Will be staying here again.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. We planned a 4 night stay but because of the cool weather we cut the stay short to head for warmer temps. Staff and Expedia refunded the balance of the stay with no problems. Breakfast was good, hot food and cereals etc. If the weather were better, this would have been a great place to stay. Would recommend and will stay again.

3 ladies behind counter, I wasn’t liking what I was seeing but spent 15 minutes to check in. After check in they told me I also had to pay almost $20 to park there. Spa water very cloudy so didn’t use. Coffee at breakfast was only warm but used microwave to heat. Then 2 days later I’m alerted to a fraudulent purchase on my cc for $79. Coincidence?
