AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

This property should be avoided at all costs. So as to not sound like I am just whinging allow me to list just some of the problems we encountered.1. The freezer door had been left ajar and a build of ice so big was present that you couldn't even shut the fridge door. Surely the cleaner couldn't miss the door being wedged open or perhaps the place asnt even cleaned so it was missed.2. The bed was so lumpy and sad it felt like 10,000 elephants had slept in it before us.3. The pillows were so flat I may as well rolled up my coat and used that as this would of been more effective.4. The lounge was so bad you couldn't stand to sit in it for more than a few minutes before your back ached.4. All of the kitchen utensils had not been washed everything was filthy and needed a good clean.When I started complaining they immediately gave me a discount of 10% which indicates they knew they were serving up wasn't good.In the end after days of basck annd fourth with the property manager and owner they finally gave me an additional 10% refund for something that was totally not up to standard, so do your self a favour run a long way from this property.

Excellent location and services

Convenient to the historic downtown, grocery store, and major roads. Highly recommend the Yard Café and Kitchen in Stroud. Surprised and delighted to find a wide, paved footpath runs right through the apartment compound. Wonderful morning birdwalks. Very peaceful.
