Schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung.
Wir waren drei Tage vor Ostern in Stralsund. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Für vier Personen war die Unterkunft perfekt und gut ausgestattet. Im Inventar fehlte nix. Alles da, was man so braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Altstadt sind gut zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir wurden herzlich von den Gastgeber begrüßt, die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, groß,und hat eine super Fussbodenheizung. Die nähe zur Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir werden diese super Unterkunft wieder buchenund auch weiter empfehlen. Lieben Dank Holger und Manu

Wir haben für vier Personen eine Unterkunft für einen Angelurlaub gesucht und sind auf diese schöne Haus aufmerksam geworden. Für uns gab es während des Aufenthaltes keine Beanstandungen in irgendeiner Form. Frank war in seinem Auftreten diskret und hilfsbereit bei aufkommenden Fragen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe vorhanden, in der Altstadt von Stralsund gibt es vielzahl von wunderbaren Restaurants zum Essen.

Sehr modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Mit zwei Kindern ideal. Zur Zeit eine größere Baustelle vor dem Haus. Hört man aber kaum - gute Fenster. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Stadt. Mit dem Auto auch gute Anbindung. Wir haben die Tage genossen trotz schlechtem Wetter. Nette Vermieter.

Kurzurlaub im Schleusenwärterhaus in Stralsund
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der oberen Etage eines Eckhauses an einer Kreuzung. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes wurde im gesamten Kreuzungsbereich gebaut, was die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz etwas erschwerte. Allerdings war von dem Bau- und Verkehrslärm bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum etwas zu hören. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und wirkte dadurch auch sehr hell. Im Sanitärbereich befand sich neben der Toilette und das Waschbecken auch eine Dusche, eine Badewanne, eine Waschmaschine und ein Fön. Zudem lagen wie angekündigt ausreichend Handtücher bereit. Leider war nur eine angefangene Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Eine Ersatzrolle haben wir weder auf noch in dem Schrank gefunden. In der Küche lagen ein Tabs für den vorhandenen Geschirrspüler, ein Abwaschtuch und zwei Handtücher bereit. Den Toaster mochten wir nicht benutzen. Die eine Pfanne, die wir verwendet haben, habe ich im Vorfeld erst abgewaschen. Für die Kaffeemaschine, die auch zeitlich programmiert werden konnte, fehlte die Beschreibung. Gesellschaftsspiele waren sowohl im Wohnbereich als auch im oberen Zimmer vorhanden. Begrüßt wurden wir mit der Frage "Wann wir am Abreisetag die Wohnung verlassen?". Das fanden wir etwas merkwürdig. Ansonsten waren die Vermieter sehr nett. Der Hof mit dem Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist relativ klein. Beim Drehen mussten wir mit dem SUV ein Stück auf das Nachbargrundstück fahren. Da es sich um ein Eckhaus handelt und neben der viel befahrenen Straße auch Radfahrer auf dem Fußgängerweg fahren durften, war das Rückwärtsausparken nicht angeraten. Die Altstadt von Stralsund konnte man gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichen. Die Haltestelle befand sich neben dem Haus auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Sehr schöne und große Wohnung
The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The location is great, just a short walk or ride to the Old town, parks and other attractions. The hosts were very nice and readily available to answer any questions. We would definitely stay at this apartment again.
