Griffin Chalet 3 about a mile to Stowe Resort

Summary:
Chalet 3 at Griffin Country Lodge is conveniently located on Mountain Rd, about a mile from the Toll House lift at Stowe Resort! The Chalet has a full kitchen, amenity-filled living space, and plush king beds. There is a swimming hole out back in the river. The Stowe Rec Path, Matterhorn Bar/Grill, Topnotch Resort/Spa, Stowe Farmers Market, and all the breweries Stowe has to offer are nearby. Hike out the door to the summit of Mt Mansfield is an option or ski back on the Bruce Trail!

The Neighborhood:
Stowe Mountain Resort is a little over a mile away - grab those skis or hiking boots. Griffin Lodge is on Stowe Mountain Rd, .1 miles to the famed Stowe Rec Path (for biking or cross-country skiing), .2 miles from the Matterhorn Bar, and .3 miles to Top Notch Resort (you can walk to the Top Notch wedding tent). During the ski season, the bus to the mountain stops out the front of the property - check its location on the GoStowe app!! We have a river with great swimming holes in the backyard. The Notchbrook Convenience store is .2 miles away in case you forgot food or necessities. You can bike the Rec Path to Stowe Farmer Market. If you are an adventurous hiker, you can leave the property and hike to summit Mt Mansfield!

Getting Around:
During the ski season, the bus to the mountain stops out the front of the property - check its location on the GoStowe app!!
Stowe Rec Path (for biking or cross-country skiing) is close by ~ .1 of a mile.

This property was very easy to feel at ease in! Kitchen was well-stocked with quality pans and utensils, beds were comfy. Our pup loved the yard space to run around in and creek to cool off in.

Easy check-in, comfortable beds with top-notch linens. Nice furniture in living area. A bit far from town, but closer to Stowe mountain for those heading to ski or hike.
