This beachfront townhouse sits directly in front of Stonehaven's beach, with panoramic sea views from every front window, the front bench seating - the beach boardwalk to the picturesque Harbour and town centre starts right outside your door of this spacious property.

A bright, modern townhouse arranged over two floors. The large lounge enjoys uninterrupted sea views and opens to a kitchen diner at the rear. Upstairs, the main bedroom (1 double/king) also has stunning sea views, with a twin room (2 singles) and a single bedroom completing the sleeping arrangements — comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests, or perfect for a couple wanting extra space.

To the rear, an enclosed private garden with patio table and chairs offers a sun-trap spot away from the sea breeze, while the front bench seating is the place to watch the sunrise over the water with your morning coffee.

Step straight onto the beach boardwalk and you're a 5-minute walk from Stonehaven's picturesque harbour, town centre, and a great choice of cafes, restaurants and bars. The mainline train station is just over a mile away, with Aberdeen International Airport around 17 miles.

Nearby highlights include Dunnottar Castle (2.5 miles), the outdoor heated sea-water swimming pool (1 mile), and Crathes Castle and Fettercairn Distillery for a half-day trip. The Cairngorms National Park and Royal Deeside/Braemar are around 50 miles for a full day out.

    We enjoyed our stay in Stonehaven. The location was ideal for golfing at different courses and the local facilities were excellent. The owners were very helpful and the house was fairly well equipped.

    What a wonderful place to stay. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and the pictures don’t do this place justice. This home is very well appointed and a quiet, relaxing location with a wonderful view of the sea. Highly recommend this place.

    Beautiful property right on the beach. Welcomed by host. Spacious and very clean. Lots to do in Stonehaven. Lots of information provided by host about area and places to visit.     The house is great with a spacious living room and separate kitchen - both with dining areas.The living room, master bedroom and shower room all boast views of the beach, North Sea beyond, and the boardwalk. Market Square with shops and pubs is a three minute walk away and the Harbour about six minutes walk.The beds, couches, and chairs were all very comfy and communication with the owners Kath and Neil was quick and straightforward.Would definitely recommend.

    Im Rahmen unserer Schottlandrundreise verbrachten wir 4 Tage in Stonehaven. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand. Es ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Viele kleine Details fördern die Gemütlichkeit. Vom Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer blickt man direkt auf das Meer. Der Strand scheint ein Hundestrand zu sein. Der Ort selber wirkt etwas traurig, ist aber guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.Essen waren wir nicht, da die Restaurants für Vegetarier/Veganer kein Angebot haben.
