Schöner Urlaub
Es ist immer wieder schön in ein bekanntes Haus zu kommen, man packt aus und macht Urlaub. Das Quartier ist ansprechend. Leider ist es schwieriger geworden die einzelnen Wohnungen zu finden, da sie eigene Eigentümer haben. Bei der Suchmaske war zuerst ein anderer Preis, das war schade.

Gemütliche, saubere, reichhaltig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns in dieser hausartigen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die übrige Einrichtung war sehr ansprechend, gepflegt und gemütlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, lediglich die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern war ein bisschen dürftig.

Hygienischer Missstand
So eine verschmutzte Wohnung haben wir im Urlaub noch nie vorgefunden ! Bei der Erstbegehung fielen direkt augenfällige Verschmutzungen auf :
Essensreste in der Mikrowelle , Schimmelbefall der Mülleimer , verkrustete Schmutzantragungen an den Einlegeböden der Einbauküche , tote Insekten im Besteckkasten , ungespültes Geschirr im Schrank . Im Schlafzimmerschrank fanden wir Müll , sowie einen ungeleerten Abfalleimer vor. Im Abflußsieb der Dusche befanden sich Haare. Der dort aufgestellte Duschhocker war ebenfalls stark verschmutzt.
Der auf der Terrasse befindliche Strandkorb war auch völlig verschmutzt und der Bezug voll von Stockflecken. Der aufgestellte Sichtschutzzaun war voll von Grünspan. Dies ist keine abschließende Aufzählung. Das alles wurde mit Bildern dokumentiert.
