These lodges are fully self-catering and offer comfort and stylish contemporary furnishings at a very high standard. During check in online, you can pay for unlimited fast fibre WiFi and extra logs at £5 per night each, and a refundable good housekeeping deposit. From April 2022, Wi-Fi will be free of charge.
All vehicle registrations for security and accurate guest numbers for emergency services must be included. This is primarily a family oriented site and during completion of check in online with Amos Holiday Homes guests will be asked to declare if they are a young aged group (lead guest under 21, or adult only group with any guests under 21) and/or a same gender group booking and the purpose of their visit (family holiday, celebration etc). Amos Holiday Homes will accept all extra infants on all bookings as they are not included in the guest count. If bringing any infants, please bring your own travel cots (but there is 1 high chair per lodge). Please be aware that you MUST bring additional towels and sensible/wet surface footwear for your hot tub use.
Group bookings: For any stag/hen type parties require prior approval from the park before confirming.
Only dogs allowed at the property.
Please keep lead guest contact details (email address and mobile phone number) up to date with both Hoseasons and Amos Holiday Homes to help with the check in process.
By two weeks prior to arrival, guests will be asked to pay a refundable security deposit of £150 direct to Amos Holiday Homes via a PayPal invoice which will be sent to the email address on the booking (no PayPal account is needed to pay it and the refund is usually within 12-48 hours of departure). So please look out for this email coming through.
Prior to paying, guests need to complete a “Self Check In” online form (on the owner’s website, the link will be in the PayPal invoice).
Whilst completing the form, guests must download (or print) a pdf document containing property/local info and here they may also request any optional extras (such as extra logs at £5 per night each, WiFi is free).
Accurate guest numbers and all vehicle registrations must be included. Each property has enough parking adjacent to it for the same number of small cars as the number of bedrooms. Please do not block the main drive or plug in any electric vehicles. Over occupancy is not allowed, however, Amos Holiday Homes will accept all extra infants (under 2 years old) on all bookings as they are not included in the guest count. Guests should take their own travel cots, 1 high-chair per lodge is provided.
Amos Holiday Homes properties are primarily for families (rules on noise apply) and during completion of the self check in online, guests will be asked to declare if they are a young-aged group (lead guest under 21, or adult only group with any guests under 21) and/or a same sex/gender group booking and the purpose of their visit (family holiday, celebration etc). Some bookings may be asked to pay an additional £50 on the refundable security deposit.
Once the form has been submitted, the PayPal invoice will be amended if necessary (not automatically so please be patient), and when paid, details on how to access the property and a reminder on what to take etc will be provided by an emailed link from info@amosholidayhomes.co.uk (please check in junk folders).
Please read and download (or print) the information you need before arrival as mobile data in the area is poor and WiFi can only be accessed once guests have entered the property.
