Great place to stay with a handy covered walk into the airport. Clean, and quiet with well equipped rooms. Staff were very helpful and polite. Definitely takes the stress out of an early morning drive to the airport. The only letdown was the airport itself which is no fault of the hotel. Manchester airport when are you going to get your act together. You fail miserably in absolutely every area.

Check in was terrible, there was no staff at the check in desk - at all. We waited for at least five minutes before a staff member passing by on the way to somewhere else stopped to check people in. There was only one towel in the room booked for two people. And the lotion, shampoo, and conditioner were empty.

Wasn’t very good staff rude spoke in a foreign language in front of me to each other breakfast said served at 5-30 but hot food was served at 6 and my flight was at 8 so had just coffee. The bath took over an hour to run the hot water trickled out
