A comfortable and attractive apartment in a peaceful, central and popular part of town. Located on the 3rd floor (modern elevator) with an inner courtyard balcony facing south, three bedrooms, one bathroom and a nice kitchen. Just a couple of minutes from Stockholm Södra Train station with direct connection to and from Arlanda Airport and other intercity communications, buses, trains and metro. Walking distance to central Södermalm areas such as Mariatorget, Medborgarplatsen, Slussen, Nytorget and a large number of a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping as well as attractive parks, playgrounds and walking lanes along the waterside. Great stay!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment is great for four and can work for five but you'll have to share a pretty small bed which did work for us. The kitchen is the best equipped we've seen in all our travels. The location is great. You stay in a very local part of Sodermalm so I would be surprised if you see many tourists around the neighborhood. The grocery stores are less than 5 minutes away and have any and everything you want. The commuter train station is a 5 minute walk, the t-bana stop is about 8 and the bus stop is almost outside the door. There are plenty of restaurants within 20 minutes walk with a really good sushi place on the corner outside the apartment.Anna and her husband greeted us when we arrived and made our arrival simple. I highly recommend staying here!

Stockholm mini break

Our stay in Stockholm was truly wonderful, we love the city as first time visitors and staying at Anna's and Anders' apartment just made our stay even better. Our host waited for us to check in, was very communicative and all the information to help with our stay was easily available. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, beds are very comfortable, just evrything about the place had a really good vibe, the location is so handy in Södermalm, next to all types of public transport, supermarkets and restaurants, there was just nothing to fault at all, many thanks for a fabulous stay.

Amazing cozy apartment and host

Beautiful apartment with gracious host, who was always amiable for questions and responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom were excellently supplied. Rooms were comfortable and exactly as listed. Living room and dinning room area were large. Comfortably fit five adults across the three beds.

The apartment in Sodermalm was perfect for our family trip. Conveniently located near train and metro stations so it was easy to visit anywhere in the Stockholm area and easy to get from the airport. Anna was helpful with check-in and directions. Highly recommend.

Sweet homey spot in a great neighborhood

Anna’s apartment was a lovely place to stay. Spacious and well-appointed for our group of 3. Great location near the metro, and an easy walk to the park with the path along the water, and the Old Town. Highly recommend!

Winter in Stockholm

This apartment was so warm and inviting during the cold of the winter. Anna was very good with responding to any questions leading up to our arrival and had many wonderful suggestions set out for our time there. The building is very nice and secure. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for walking around. Very close to Public transport. I cannot say enough how wonderful it was to stay here. From the moment we arrived it felt as if we were in our own home away from home. I really hope to make it back to Sweden, and if we do, Anna will be top of the list of contacts. Perfect for our family of 4 (teen daughters)

Property is just as described and very nice. Communication worked great with simple booking and condo entry process. The location is outstanding with bakeries, grocery, restaurants, and subway all within a short walk. Also If you don't mind walking further you can get to many tourist spots with 30-minutes or so.

Wonderful flat in Sodermalm!

I'm so happy we stayed in this apartment for our first trip to Stockholm. The owners were lovely, and the flat is located in a quiet and green neighborhood in Sodermalm. It was close to grocery stores, the Sodra train station, and lots of wonderful shops. We loved it! The beds were so cozy and we slept well. Thank you for the hospitality.

Wonderful family flat on Södermalm

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It's comfortably furnished with a well-outfitted kitchen, spacious bathroom, good-quality beds, and very fast internet. The hosts met us at the apartment and made us feel right at home, inviting us to make use of cooking essentials, beach toys, and their extensive DVD collection. The balcony was a lovely extra for a June visit, and our kids loved the playground at the foot of the building. Geographically, it's ideally situated: the local neighbourhood has lots of interesting shops, restaurants, and cafes, you can walk (~25 mins) to Gamla Stan, and you are less than 5 minutes from Stockholm södra station (commuter rail) if you want to go further afield. We would certainly stay here again on any future trips to Stockholm!

Beautiful family-friendly apartment in central Stockholm

A wonderful, stylish apartment in a great area of Stockholm with loads of cool things to do on the doorstep, and fantastic local restaurants and cafes. V convenient for local transport from/to airport and getting around the city and local supplies. Our family had a great five days here. Anna was a fantastic host, making everything easy for us. Home away from home in Stockholm

Very comfortable and conveniently located apartment. Anna was an excellent host and had great communication. I would definitely stay here again on future trips. One small thing to note is that the primary bedroom just had a curtain instead of a proper door. It wasn’t an issue for me, but something to consider if you’re sensitive to noise.
