Summary:
The Sea Villas offer stunning views in Punta su Torrione, a short drive from Stintino. You can choose from villas with shared pools, private pools, or no pool. Apartments come in various styles and are furnished in a rustic style. The area is beautiful, and you'll find a beach umbrella in each villa. Having a car is recommended. Nearby, you'll find a café, restaurant, market, and other amenities.

The Space:
Villa 4 people (60 m2) living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub. It's possible to add an extra bed (with extra charge). No Pool

Guest Access:
Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50,00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins. IMPORTANT: During the check-in, guests staying in villas with swimming pool will have to sign a declaration stating that the use of the pool is under their own responsibility, as they are private swimming pools for which the presence of lifeguards is not mandatory. Local tourist tax is payable locally set by municipal and you may be asked for a refundable security deposit of 200 Euros

"The Sea Villas is a complex of villas set within the Country Paradise on a hill overlooking the sea and offering a breathtaking view, Punta su Torrione, just a few kilometres by car from Stintino. A privately run supermarket/grocery store is available at the estate (whose opening season is usually from June to September). The residential complex Sea Villas is perched on a hill overlooking the enchanting so-called ""external seaside"", the western part of Stintino. This coastline is high and rugged, with sandy and pebbly coves. The eastern part, known as ""the internal seaside"", situated along the inner part of the gulf, features a low and sheltered shoreline. The nearest beach (Spiaggia de Le Saline) is at just 3 kms from the residential complex; the famous La Pelosa beach is about 10 kms away, therefore, a car is recommended.
