Très bon séjour

La maison est très agréable est bien placée : proche du village et des plages’ certaines accessibles en 3mn a pieds d’autres plus loin donc en voiture. La maison est confortable et dispose d’une belle terrasse. Elle est calme, sans bruit environnant. Le village est doté de commerces, tout ce qu’il faut pour une semaine de vacances. Fabio est très sympathique est plutôt arrangeant.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, August 2019

Lage des Objekte Das Ferienhaus liegt ca. 2 km vom Zentrum Stintinos in der Ferienhaussiedlung Cala Lupo. Zum Meer sind es ca. 300 m, teils Kiesel-, teils Steinstrand (Badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert, Schnorcheln kann man hier gut). In der Nähe (ca. 600 m) befindet sich der örtliche Einkaufsmarkt. Restaurants befinden sich in Stintino. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar, wenn ma auf das Auto verzichten kann. Umgebung Stintino liegt im Nordwesten Sardiniens auf einer lang gezogenen Halbinsel. Dementsprechend sind Ausflüge auch aufgrund der vorhandenen Infrastruktur mit relativ hohem Zeitaufwand verbunden (man muss immer erst die Halbinsel wieder verlassen). Ansonsten sind in der Nähe mit dem Auto wunderschöne Sandstrände zu erreichen (Fahrzeiten zwischen 5 und 15 Minuten). Außerdem sind Bootstouren und auch ein Ausflug auf die Gefängnisinsel Asinara (jetzt Naturpark) möglich. Ferienhaus (Ausstattung) Das Ferienhaus ist von einem sehr schön angelegten grünen Garten umgeben. Hier sind auch ein Steinbackofen und ein Steingrill zur Benutzung vorhanden. Das Haus erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen (Erd- und Kellergeschoss). Im Erdgeschoss sind Wohnraum, Küche und Doppelbettzimmer mit eigenem Bad vorhanden. Klimaanlage sind im Wohnraum und im Doppelbettzimmer enthalten. Die Küche ist mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Im Kellergeschoss befinden sich ein weiteres Doppelzimmer, ein Zweibettzimmer und ein Einzelbettzimmer mit Waschmöglichkeit. Außerdem ist auch hier ein Bad eingerichtet. Durch die Tiefenlage sind die Temperaturen hier recht angenehm (keine Klimaanlage vorhanden). Die Terrasse ist sehr großzügig angelegt. Sowohl schattige als auch sonnige Plätze sind genügen vorhanden. Kommunikation Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten (wir sprechen kein italienisch und die Vermieter/Agentur kein englisch/deutsch) haben wir uns sehr gut auf schriftlichem Weg (mit den entsprechenden Übersetzer-Apps) verständigt. Kleinere Probleme (Organisation Müllentsorgung, Stromausfall, Internet,....) wurde sofort gelöst. GESAMT Wir hatten insgesamt eine schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus "La Mimosa" in Cala Lupo. Einen lieben Dank an Giuseppina, die uns sehr gut betreut hat und an Fabio Die Sonnis im August 2019

Our stay (4 adults + 2 children) at Villa La Mimosa was very good. The booking, contact with owner, check-in etc all went well and all our questions were answered immediately. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Stintino (Cala Lupo) and not bothered by night noise ... you only hear the relaxing sound of the sea. What else do you need ? :) The villa is nicely furnished and the terrace is SUPER, very cosy !! We really liked it a lot. The house has 2 bathrooms and in 1 of the bedrooms (single), there is another additional wash basin with mirror, which comes in very handy, especially for female guests :) Opposite the house is a small hotel with a swimming pool (sea water) which is also open to the public. From the swimming pool, you even have a sea view! Having a pool nearby is certainly a big advantage, especially if you travel with children. In a nutshell, we had a great stay !!
