The property, built in 2020, is located a few hundred metres from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, "La Pelosa", which overlooks the Marine Protected Area of the Asinara Island and that has become a National Park since 2002. The residence, with its contemporary design, consists of 56 flats divided into 5 groups of apartments surrounded by gardens. A shared BBQ area is available to all guests for outdoor barbecues. In the nearby of the property there are also bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy diving, kite and windsurfing centres, as well as going trekking and on boat trips.
The charming town of Stintino is just 3 km away. An ancient fishing village, Stintino is known for its old picturesque marina, its new harbour surrounded by typical restaurant,s and its colourful summer night market.

This apartment: elegantly furnished and provided with all amenities, they can be on the ground floor with a furnished patio or on the first floor with a furnished terrace. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, smoke detector, satellite smart TV, WI-FI, kitchenette with crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee pod/capsule machine.
