Spacious Lakeview Treehouse for Families & Couples

Gather above the trees at Amethyst Grove, Calico Heights’ largest cabin. This spacious, two-level treehouse sleeps up to six guests and offers panoramic views of Lake Eufaula and the surrounding woods from every room.

Reclaimed barn wood and rustic tin give the cabin a warm, memorable character. The split-level floor plan includes two private bedrooms with one queen bed in each, a full-size sofa bed in the common area and one private bathroom.

The large, open kitchen, dining and living space makes it easy to prepare meals, relax beside the fireplace and enjoy time together. Amethyst Grove is ideal for two couples, small families, close friends or a romantic getaway with extra room to unwind.

Patio doors open onto a furnished private deck with an outdoor dining set, lounge chairs and propane grill. After dinner, gather around the private fire pit and enjoy a quiet evening beneath the stars.

Guests may also enjoy Calico Heights’ shared hiking trail, horseshoe pit, picnic area and swings. A shared storm shelter and 24-hour guest supply building are available onsite. The hiking trail does not lead to the water, and the property does not provide direct shoreline access.

Amethyst Grove is secluded among the trees on Calico Heights’ 12.5-acre property, yet restaurants, groceries and essentials are only a short drive away. Walmart delivery and Uber Eats serve the area, although availability, fees and delivery times may vary. Be sure to visit Dobbers Roadhouse, a well-known local favorite owned by your Calico Heights hosts.

A personal vehicle is recommended, and the final mile to the property is maintained gravel. Exterior and interior stairs are required. Up to two pets are welcome for $50 per pet.

SMOKING

All Calico Heights cabins are non-smoking inside. This includes tobacco, marijuana, vaping and all other substances. Smoking is permitted outdoors and on the deck. A $200 fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside the cabin.

PETS

Up to two pets are welcome for $50 per pet for the entire stay. Pets not included on the reservation will result in a $75 fee per pet. Excessive pet hair, damage or failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional charges.

• Keep pets leashed outdoors and in shared areas.
• Keep pets off furniture, beds and provided linens. Pet beds are welcome.
• Pick up after pets indoors and outdoors.
• Do not leave pets unattended for extended periods unless kenneled.
• Excessive barking is not permitted.

OCCUPANCY

Amethyst Grove accommodates a maximum of six guests. Any occupancy exception must be requested, approved and paid for before arrival. Unapproved guests may result in additional fees or cancellation.

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT

Please observe the confirmed check-in and checkout times. Early arrival or late departure is permitted only with advance approval. A $50 fee may apply when guests arrive early or remain beyond checkout without approval.

Please use the provided makeup towels and white cloths for products containing bleaching agents. Charges may apply when stains or bleaching cannot be removed:

DAMAGE

Damage beyond normal wear will be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement. Please notify us promptly if anything is broken or damaged so we can address it.
