GREAT Location

Property was just as described & on a large, secluded lot with open farmland right across the street. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE, the kitchen open & well appointed. There's a grocery store not far away for any extra supplies & the covered front patio is a prime place to watch the sunset. We really enjoyed our stay & short walks w/ the dog over to nearby Sterling Lake. Would definitely recommend & plan on booking again when we return to the area.

Clean, basic and comfortable

It was actually my son and his partner who stayed here firing the holidays while they visited us locally. The house was clean and tidy and they were comfortable enough. There are no hospitality items like a Kuerig, coffee or tea and no welcome basket, none of the "little extras" many VRBOs have, so plan to bring your own if that's something you are used to.

Great Stay Over the 4th

Our family of four enjoyed our time at this wonderful property which is convenient to everything in Sterling and a short drive to Hutchinson if you want some extra food options. The house is just what you need for a typical family and the area in general is very peaceful, and the kids will run to roam outside in the large yard. We will stay here again next time we are in Sterling!
