Not good

This motel didn't even have a sign out front it was broken. It needs a full remodel. I had made two reservations one going to the coast and one coming back. I canceled the second reservation and made a new one in Lake city.

We had to wait at the front desk for someone to help us. When someone finally came, they were not friendly and seem frustrated. Asked for name and then gave us dirty door keys, with previous stains. We came to where the room was located and there was several construction workers, playing loud music and drinking. Felt unsafe and was not quiet until late at night. During check-out the receptionist was more friendly and helpful.

Beds both had hair in them and we were told housekeeping was gone so we would have to change the beds ourselves. No rooms available to move us to except one upstairs room which was not acceptable due to disabilities. Bathroom had hair on the floor and walls. Carpet was wet with condensation. Bathroom toilet very low and not handicap or disability approved. All around terrible experience.

Too much deodorizer smell in the room, old and dirty chair with ottoman, should be replaced. Quality Inn sign destroyed by storm last year, never repaired. super low shower pressure. The staff were very nice and helpful

Landscaping / grass is horrible. Took dog with me and he got a spike in his paw from a branch laying on the ground. Bugs were everywhere. In the bath, in the room. Not in the bed as far as I could tell. Beds were fine, pillows were good, microwave and fridge were good. Direct TV had more than enough channels.
