Wir waren insgesamt enttäuscht und finden das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisse passt nicht. Die Renovierungsergebnisse machen teilweise einen wirklich unprofessionellen Eindruck und sind noch nicht abgeschlossen. Wir haben bei der Rückkehr in der Nacht unten im Flur keinen Lichtschalter gefunden, um im Treppenhaus Licht ein zu schalten. Lediglich am Schalter oben im Treppenhaus konnte das Licht angemacht werden. Im Treppenhaus fehlt zudem eine Absturzsicherung auf der offenen Innenseite. Ist die andere Seite der Treppe offen (also keine Wand), muss dort zwingend ein Geländer mit Umwehrung (Stäbe oder Glas) stehen, um Stürze zu verhindern. Das Deckenlicht im Schlafzimmer ging nicht Der Brandmelder/Feuermelder fehlte In der Wohnküche hätten wir uns gerade bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen eine Beschattung der Dachfenster gewünscht. Im Klappbett/Sofa war Schmutzwäsche und Abfall von Vormietern. Der Balkon war schmutzig und mehrere Kippen lagen auf dem Boden, der Aschenbecher war dreckig. Kabel hängen aus Wand bzw. Decke, Lichtinstallation ist abenteuerlich, der Sicherungskasten hängt halb weg. Bei einem Garderobenhaken ist der Dübel lose und wackelt. Stockflecken gibt es bereits an den Wänden und am Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer Sockelleisten stehen raus, sind zu lang oder unvollständig. Die Blende vom Türschloss zum Bad fehlt, genauso wie ein Schlüssel bzw. Riegel um Bad/Toilette hinter sich abschließen zu können.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung, idyllisch gelegen. Wir waren 13 Nächte bei Basti und Julia zu Besuch und rundum super zufrieden. Die Anreise war total unkompliziert. Mit Parkplatz vor dem Haus und Türcode, den man vorab erhält, sehr entspannt.Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, modern, hell und wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir konnten sogar die Sauna im Keller benutzen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!Die Lage ist hervorragend mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Autobahn nach Hamburg und Lüneburg. Zum Einkaufen befindet sich ein Edeka in der näheren Umgebung. Dort gibt es auch einen hervorragenden Bäcker, der auch sonntags geöffnet hat.Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben die Zeit genossen. Vielen lieben Dank!
