Gut, wenn die Elektrik ok wäre

Diese Unterkunft ist eigentlich wunderschön. Alles ist etwas älter und rustikaler, aber das wussten wir vorher. Luxus hätte mehr gekostet, da haben wir uns gegen entschieden. Schön, wenn damit alles gesagt wäre. Als wir die freundliche Vermieterin (das ist nicht ironisch gemeint) darauf ansprachen, dass der Strom ausgefallen ist, meinte sie, dass die Sicherung bei 4kw/h rausspringt. Aus dem selben Grund war nur eine Herdplatte in voller stärke nutzbar. Daher leider von gut auf mangelhaft. Schade

Haus mit Charme

Das Haus ist sehr schön renoviert, hat große helle Räume, ist gut beheizbar, hat einen hübschen kleinen Garten, der perfekt eingezäunt ist, sodass weder Kleinkind noch Hund sich davonschleichen können. Es gibt genügend Platz für 8, ja sogar für 10 Leute. Schade ist, dass es keinen eigenen Pool hat. Leider gibt es in dem kleinen Ort keinen Bäcker und keinen Supermarkt. Man muss alles mit dem Auto besorgen. Der Badeort ist ca. 20 Autominuten entfernt, sehr gut zu erreichen. Traumhafte Landschaft!

Aangezien het een bovenverdieping is zou men beter van een appartement spreken. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, meubels zijn erg verouderd. De zitplaatsen (keuken en wat moet doorgaan voor salon) zijn té klein voor 8 personen. Buiten is een ramp qua tuin en oprit naar het huis. Bij regenweer stap je met héél vuile schoenen in uw wagen

Sehr sehr nette Vermieter!Die bestfunktionierenden Bäder, die ich je in Italien erlebt habe!Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und bestückt, weit über dem europäischen Standart. Grill und Backofen für Pizza Sitzgruppe, Liegestühle, alles perfekt.Ein wunderschönes ländliches Anwesen mit Garten und Weinterassen rundum. Alle deutschen TV–Programme werden empfangen. Liste im Ordner Reisetipps: Tips für die Region mit Restaurants Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. haben die Besitzer in einem Ordner angelegt.
