The staff was absolutely fantastic. I arrived early as my partner had a conference in the area that I could not attend. I called before my arrival and the gentleman said they would try their best but it wasn’t guaranteed (understandable!!). I arrived a few hours early and the gentleman at the front desk told me my room was already ready (I was fully willing to wait and read in the lobby). He had called the cleaning staff earlier that morning to make sure the room was ready a little early. Little gestures go a long way.. well done. Very impressed 10/10

Amazing place to stay. It was fishing opener but the hotel was still quiet. Room was spaciousness for a great price. The smores for the kids and the bar for the adults was a great amenity. Definitely would love to come back for an extended stay sometime.

We had a reservation for 2 rooms for 2 nights. When we checked in, they charged us for 2 rooms for 3 nights. I caught it and brought it to their attention. They said they would get it fixed. Next day, still showing on my account, but they said when we checked out, the charges would only be for 2 nights. I get home and check my credit card - they have charged us for 3 nights, so now I'm going to have to deal with them again and see if anyone is competent enough to remedy this. Plus, I didn't like that the bed was really high. I'm only 5'4" and I had a hard time getting into bed!

Great, clean hotel

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
I travel for work a lot but this was a family trip. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great - well worth the money. The kids liked it too.
